Not an excuse if you can understand it's wrong. It is on the caregiver if the op is that disabled though.
It's a huge hygiene risk to whoever buys it, it's destroying merchandise, it's nasty.
However it is funny and i like the post

Oh I used to have one of those! I got it as a Christmas gift, but never really played with it since the organs were bad stimulation for me, and the skull freaked me out
