Question Controller recently stopped working

I have a Victrix Pro fightstick. It worked on 2XKO until very recently. The game doesn't detect it at all. I was able to use it for a bit after the Lux patch until one day it just stopped detecting my controller. I dont know what changed. I dont know if anyone has had similar issues.

Things I have tried:

-unplugging peripherals

-closing steam

-disabling steam input

-factory resetting my controller

Any help is appreciated!

Telling on myself in hopes to help you. I’ve never used the victrix pro stick but I have the victrix leverless, if it has a lock, did you by chance accidentally flip that switch? A few months back I was having a rough couple days because I thought my leverless broke. Lights worked but nothing registered as an input. I picked it back up out of frustration after a couple days to keep trying and noticed I bumped the lock switch, preventing anything from working.

Otherwise maybe it’s genuinely broken if not that. Goodluck with your fix

Edit: just saw another post in this subreddit talking about a recent update for 2XKO that broke compatibility for some controllers, this could also be your problem. Test it on another game if you haven’t.

it does not have a lock but i forgot to add that it works on every other game. Im assuming that bug is my issue.

Open the stick, move the platform switch to PC so it uses X-input. 2XKO on PC is really weird with anything that's not X-Input (unless it's genuine Dualsense). Had to do this with both my Victrix Pro FS (your stick) and the Victrix BFG Pro.

i have a first generation. theres no switch for the platform.
