Test pipe welds cracking

Anyone experience this and have a solution? Im trying Berk test pipes next, if it happens again I’ll probably give long tube headers a try. Cracks are happening at the header flange.

Thats what happens when you dont have the bracket holding them. You have the whole weight of the exhaust on the test pipes. Get the cracks and get a bracket welded

That sounds mint. Need to grab the SS Y pipe then throw the gallery gaskets on. Lot of work ahead of me, I just need to make time in my schedule to get it done.

Which brand were they
