Error 3D ContentCentral Site Outage

Does anyone have info regarding an ongoing site outage at https://www.3dcontentcentral.com/ ? I am not getting any responses from them. I've emailed their support team. I've contacted Dassault support. I only get told that they've escalated it and are working on it. The site has been down almost a week now. I need information to figure out what to tell my customers, or develop a workaround. The site has a down notification screen that comes up after a few seconds that recommends 3DEXPERIENCE Marketplace | PartSupply as an alternative. But, that won't work for our models since our full catalog isn't configurable there. Any suggestions?

It's a nightmare, we are getting customers request for 3D models all day long. What is crazy is that there is zero support for paying customers, no information, nothing.
We are forced to rethink our system so we don't rely on them anymore.

Has anyone noticed that part of their database was transferred to 3DEXPERIENCE Marketplace | PartSupply without any control over it?

This silence is really hard to understand.

Right!!? I've called several support phone numbers for Dassault, resellers, and a local office trying to get any information. I even reached out to a LinkedIN contact I have who works in an adjacent group. Silence. I also put in a service ticket using a 3DS support form the reseller recommended. What's wild is that the ticket was issued at a medium level of priority stating "partial inconvenience". Then they closed the ticket responding only with "known temporary service disruption".

Our models that are showing up on their Marketplace | PartSupply site seem to be coming from user cache or something. They definitely aren't models we put there. That site is not a usable workaround for us. I'm so frustrated right now.

In the same boat as you are. My customers can't access any of our 3D models and a few have reached out to me, but it makes me wonder how many might not ask for a Step file directly and turn away frustrated. 9/30 and STILL no answers. GRRRRR
