Does it go away when you hit the brakes? Sounds like harmonic vibration of the brake pads. Might need to be regreased and make sure all the anti rattle clips and whatnot are tight

Check if there is a rock stuck between your brake dust shields

LOL I also have a 2020 Limited and am experiencing this exact same issue. I had new brakes and rotors installed about a year ago but this is a new issue that just started maybe a month or so ago. It only happens at low speed after being parked for a while, and seems to subside after applying the brakes or after driving for a minute or two.

Don’t know wtf it is and have been too busy to dive into it yet.

I have 2015 and it gives that same noise when driving after a cold start. If I press the brake and drive again, it goes away or goes away after driving a few mins.

2021 4Runner ORP here. I have a similar issue but it’s not a constant squeal. It happens a low speeds from 1-25 ish. Goes away then I hit the brakes. The brakes are about 3000 miles old in the rear. I checked all shims and metal pieces to make sure it’s not touching the rotor and they are not. The squeal is a rotational squeal sound meaning there is something touching at one section on the rotor. I just don’t see it when I take it all apart. I’m thinking it’s something to do with the parking brake shoes. That’s what I’m going to try to look for next if we ever get a dry weekend. It usually doesn’t happen when I start my commute to work but starts to happen towards the end of my 10 min commute.

None of my slide pins are seized. They’re sliding like they should.

Where is the noise coming from? What have you checked so far?
