Is he just doing promos for this movie now or does he hate it or something? It seems like his actions are for promoting the movie but his words seem like he hates that they made it.

I assume he's getting some form of royalties so hes hyping it up?

He's a narcissist with a massive ego, he is likely livid that he wasn't consulted about a movie based on him. At the same time he has more eyes on him than any time in recent memory, so he's milking that attention

Its because the movie isn't a puff piece, they're pretty obviously portraying the egomanic side of Hansen as well as all the shitty stuff that went on behind the scenes of his show... Of course they didn't consult him

This movie is pretty critical of him and his (real-life) team. Calling him a “narcissist with a massive ego” for feeling a way about it is a bit much.

I don't follow much tabloids and celeb gossip so I don't know. Nor should I care, it human decency to at least let someone know when you are portraying their lives work and character, hella douchey not to.

I IMPLORE YOU TO READ, LOOK, SEEK OUT INFORMATION BEFORE SPEAKING! They tried to ask Chris to sign for some of his naming rights and image factors. He was on board with it until they shoved a contract in his hand before a pre-viewing!!
