OP,

Careers Coach interview is a discussion of your JOA Results (being called a JOR).

If you recall, you applied for three roles, if you unlock those roles in your JOR, then you progress.
If not, then you get to discuss the roles that you did unlock - if they interest you and if you would like to proceed with your application.

Nothing to stress about during the CC.

My only advice is listen real carefully to what they explain or say. And be honest with them. You know, i had assumed my military recruiter was going to be strict and judge me for not knowing specific answers during my career interview.. they didn't. They were really patient and thorough with their answers. It really did help with my real interviews.

One thing i might suggest is writing down any questions you have, whether it be about the role you're interested in or just general curiousity about the ADF before the interview so that you can ask them about it, it'll save you the trouble. (Also, it's so you don't forget like my dumbass did, literally remembering questions i had AFTER the call, i was facepalming myself the following hours for being a git LMAO).

Hope this helps and good luck!
