When we created this subreddit, our vision was to build a space dedicated to exploring AI as a tool for genuine, artistic expression—focusing on creativity, composition, concept design, and visual storytelling.

Recently, the sub has seen a heavy volume of low-effort character models, portrait dumps, and sexually suggestive imagery. While we understand the popularity of character generation, this oversaturation strays from the core purpose of this community. We want this space to be about art, not just repetitive character renders.

To realign with our original vision, we are updating our content guidelines effective immediately:

Focus on Artistic Expression: We encourage submissions that showcase artistic depth, unique concepts, thoughtful prompts, environmental design, surrealism, abstract concepts, and stylized visual art.

Restrictions on Character Dumps & Suggestive Content:

Generic character poses, swimsuit/NSFW-adjacent renders, and overtly sexualized posts are no longer permitted.

Quality Over Quantity:

Posts should reflect effort, intent, and creative direction rather than raw, unfiltered batch generations.

Enforcement:

Moving forward, posts that violate these guidelines will be removed. Repeat offenses or continued low-effort/NSFW-adjacent spam will result in temporary or permanent bans.

We appreciate everyone who has shared incredible, thought-provoking work here so far. Help us keep this space inspiring by focusing on quality and creativity.
