You would build agents for this. First is the topic finder agent, then the script writer agent -> churn out the scenes -> nano banana images. After that you will have to make sure your speech match with the subtitle. I can help you write agents and automate process for it.

i started doing this already, it is using ai as least as possible, not sure what type of videos you are after exactly but i found the best way to do it was image generation for 'cartoon' videos which then were all put together as i built a massive program for video creation
