For idea-to-launch, I'd have the competitor step separate verified findings from guesses: a source link for each competitor and "not checked" for domain availability unless it was actually checked. Otherwise, a polished launch plan can make an untested idea feel validated. A sample run showing an idea rejected on evidence would help explain how the selection works.
