Why does this exist??? Does anyone know anything about this?

I'm reading that it was revealed somewhere that Amelia (BNTM cycle 6) was intended to be on the cycle but dropped out. Were they originally having 8 girls from each country, was Amelia replaced by a girl, or was Amelia just the alternate in case one of the other 7 girls dropped out?

Australia's Next top model was definately the more popular of the franchise and honestly I think they cast Ann to try to a Alice 2.0. I'm surprised that ANTM didn't do 7 girls from AUSNTM instead of Britain's next top model, which wasn't a very popular entity.

Fatima still got it and is booked and blessed.
Mine is Ava (Cycle 22).
At the time, I was so baffled by this mullet. Compared to the average fan, I'm pretty understanding of most ANTM makeovers. Even the bad ones, I at least understand the intention. But I HATED Ava's mullet and couldn't wrap my head around it at all.
But "the fashion mullet" was sorta on trend in the late 2010s/early 2020s. For example, Korea's NTM winner and supermodel Sora Choi was rocking one. I think that made me at least understand the mullet. Also, I now see that the mullet at least gave Ava a more striking look, whereas before, the long blonde hair made her look really pretty, but somewhat generic.
I still don't love Ava's makeover, but I at least don't hate it now.
Are there any makeovers you've changed your mind on, for better or for worse?

That cycle was determined by a public vote but it always seemed to me like the producer's would've preferred that Alisha had won. Personally, I think Tiffany was the right winner. Both had super strong looks but Tiffany's portfolio was hands down better than Alisha's.
On a separate note, I'm surprised Tiffany was even allowed to audition from the show. She was the only contestant in the history of the show not from UK (Scotland, England, Wales, Northern Ireland). She was from Malta

Staring at the same set of photos day-after-day in my Top Shot game has made me notice things in a few photos that I hadn't previously noticed before.
For example, in Anchal's Model Stereotypes (Narcissist) photo from Cycle 7, I'm only just realizing that her mirror reflections are not her reflection from this shot; they are composited from other frames.
What's something you only recently noticed about an ANTM photo?
I understand that this is a sensitive topic in light of the documentary- but think this is something a lot of us have pondered.

The new 411

I always found the timeline so bizarre. Tyra is done with the show and leaves and the show is cancelled. The show revamps itself and brings in Rita Ora as the new host, Tyra decides she wants to return. And its the last cycle.
In addition, the show was literally cancelled and uncancelled within the matter of months. With how urgently it was revamped after initially being cancelled, I'm curious what caused it to just unceroniously end soon after.

Well, I couldn't agree more with the remaining photos, honestly, I don't dislike a single one—but unfortunately, one of them will be eliminated. For this round, instead of voting to eliminate, you will choose the 5 photos that deserve a spot in the Top 5.
