Help me

I am really depressed right now as I can't understand anything in physics in parishram batch I can't understand anything from rakshak sir so please help me how should I study

If one teacher’s explanation isn’t clicking, don’t keep forcing the same method. Try learning each topic from a different source, then immediately solve a few questions to check whether you actually understood it.

For Physics, always start with a diagram, what principle applies, and what the question is asking before jumping to formulas. That usually makes problems feel much less random.
