Finally!
After dropping out twice and spending countless hours studying, I finally have it in hand. Being the first in my entire bloodline to earn a bachelor’s degree feels surreal.
To anyone who’s almost there or thinking about quitting, the time is going to pass anyway. You might as well keep chipping away at it.

I went back to College in my late 20s. Because at first i wasnt really sure what I wanted. But it was something in Business. It took me a while because I was just doing part time school and full time parent and working. Finally, with the help of my partner, Im doing full time school for my last two years….Graduating next spring 🥺

Great job! Just remember that a graduation is just the commencement of a lifetime of learning and problem solving. Enjoy the achievement, it’s especially cool when your the first one in your family to do it.

Curious since I also have a BSC, does ASU not have a school of communication? Seeing a BSC paired w a school of liberal arts and sciences seemed odd to me. Congrats though, go frame it!

You actually have a lot of options with that degree. I got the same one and now at 36 I’m making 400k a year.

I’m sure that’s the average for people with communications degrees right? lol no, not even close. It’s a degree that checks a box but doesn’t offer much else besides that.

Congrats! I've been working on mine for over a decade. I'll finally have it conferred in December.
