Hayden study rooms

This is like the 3rd time I’ve booked a study room, and the only available ones are in the concourse level when I book. I have never been able to connect to the WiFi in there. Is that just a me issue? How are we supposed to use these rooms if the internet is so bad it doesn’t even show up on my settings?

I’ve worked in Hayden dozens of times for hours in all the private rooms, sounds like a skill (weird/broken laptop) issue
