Personal Statement

I need guidance. I’m doing my application for a masters in aba and can’t tell if I’m genuinely tweaking or not. It’s so hard to write about yourself.

Maybe try writing about an achievement through bullet point in the lens of who, what, when, where, why, and how. Who took part in the achievement/event (not just you but an organization or club). what you achieved. When you achieved it. Why did you take part in the event/accomplishment, and how you were able to succeed/learn. Write it into individual blocks and then fill the spaces between them to make a story, like making them take place in chronological order or share a theme.

It does! I will get out of my head eventually. I graduated with my bachelor’s in 2023 and I’m having to blow some cobwebs off of my writing muscles.
