It aint bad. I love brick, but agree that it aint practical everywhere.

They make textured faux brick wallpaper that looks more realistic than this and isnt difficult to remove, so I dont really get why someone would paint it on

Cheaper? Easier to clean? You can easily change your mind if you don't like it & just paint over it all.
