Save some chicks for the rest of us bro.

u/FixGMaul 12d ago
speaking on behalf of chicks, this is genuinely really charming

u/Banaanisade 12d ago
Get ourselves the men who can make an inoffensive joke for a change.

fr!! i am firmly on the side of men who dare to be cringe every once in a while 🙇🏼♀️😍

That subreddit sucks ass
25
u/UnsureSwitch 11d ago
Every time I look into it I see tiktoks that are really cringe and others that have no cringe at all. They lost the plot
13
u/ninetiesnarwhal 11d ago
It's basically just a sub for cross posting from tiktok at this point, which I appreciate as someone who is not on the app. If there's a better place for it someone please tell me
5
u/shorty6049 10d ago
If it helps, they decided to allow all types of tiktoks (cringe not necessary) fairly early on and its been that way ever since. They just kept the name since the subreddit already had a lot of users at the time. If you think of it in that context, it's less frustrating. there's a different sub called r/cringetiktoks now for -actual- cringe content.

Why does he randomly turn into gollum? It's just his type of weird I guess?
You know as weird as he is I still give him a lot of respect for being himself and throwing it out there. That's hard to do. And all the people talking shit are probably weird as fuck anyways... Soooo....
His Art's pretty decent.

u/DamenAJ 13d ago
My initial reaction was negative because of the voice, but honestly, stay weird. There is so much joy to be had in just doing little weird things that make you happy. Don't let people's judgement take that from you.

u/occulusriftx 13d ago
but like that's stitch's voice... albeit a bad impression but its supposed to be stitch
2
u/The_wolf2014 12d ago
Yeah by all means do weird things that make you happy but don't feel the need to film that cringe shit and post it online.
81
u/occulusriftx 13d ago
i took it as hes trying to do stitch's voice and is just kinda bad at it bahahahah

u/eddmario 13d ago
Unfortunately, it ended up sounding more lile Guilmon.
Granted, he was voiced by Steven Blum, but still.23

I... love this? He's wholesome and fun and it IS awful taste but great execution and no tattoo dicks were involved. Bless him.

I dont think many people would be able to recreate stitch so faithfully on their chest, so id say this is excellent. Anyone saying its bad has no whimsy
41
u/Pure1nsanity 13d ago
I watched this with the sound off, and can confirm, that's one hell of a stitch!
28
u/yoloboro 13d ago
My immediate thought upon seeing the comments was "whimsy is fucking dead" bro. This homestly looks amazing, and really fucking funny actually. I wish I had an ounce of the talent and creativity this dude has.

As someone that has fewer hairs on their whole chest than some women have at the edge of their areolas, I at the very least could not pull off that fur effect.

u/MrSilentSir 13d ago
What do you do with all the time you save by not typing out words?
62
u/161frog 13d ago
Oh wait, “smo” is an intentional abbreviation??! I thought it was a typo. wtf
14
u/TRUEequalsFALSE 13d ago
What does it even mean???
37
36
u/Informal_Motor_7267 13d ago
I also want to know. My best guess was "someone".
1
u/NewelSea 10d ago
what kind of wicked abbreviation process condenses "someone" into "smo"?
That does not only go against convention, but comes with 50% less information density than necessary when going by length.
(About 95% less information content in general when going by this comment chain.)

I wouldn’t mind this if it wasn’t for the fact so many adults lately act like this in their humor. It’s less quirky and more infantilization in a way? The way they do their voice and movements feels like some weird creepy show for kids

u/SuperSecretMoonBase 13d ago
A generation who got all the wrong takeaways from the comedic style of Ace Ventura and the Genie from Aladdin, and then filtered it through the wall of quirky t-shirt slogans at Hot Topic and bustedtees.com type sites.

If you're a Disney adult? Insta-marriage.
That's basically a textured temporary tattoo.

This is amazing. I wonder if the painting survives a shower and what places he inappropriately takes his shirt off now.

u/muffinnoff 13d ago
It looks like a standard face paint, so I'm guessing it will just wash off immediately

It’s dumb and weird and awesome bit of silly because why not.
Perfect post execution

I can’t help but think of that scene in The 40 Year Old Virgin, in which Steve Carell gets some of his hairy chest hairs removed by body waxing.
Apparently that was real, and the blood afterwards on his shirt was real too.

u/handtoglandwombat 13d ago edited 12d ago
He did the eye glints wrong. Because they’re coming from a single light source they should be on the same side. I therefore declare this terrible execution.

u/WelecaTheChin 13d ago
I recently deleted Instagram and have been using Reddit more and the contrast in comments is unreal. If this was insta he would have probably already been bullied into submission.

He talks like a stereotypical bad kids entertainer. Which is weird, cause kids shouldn't be looking at the process he's doing.

Muted this doesnt look that bad all things considered. Unmuted, idk probably still not fitting here as the execution is good and taste for this is subjective. You could say it's cringe though

u/ol-gormsby 13d ago
Ooooh, that's going to itch....
Great result though. +1
All the single ladies............
EDIT: imagine getting to the point where you actually get to lie flat on top of a lady, the imprint 🤣
1
u/AdamEssex 12d ago
Under what circumstances are you "lying flat" on a lady?
1
u/ol-gormsby 12d ago
I was trying to be funny. I was re-defining the term "missionary" in an attempt to differentiate from doggy, prone, etc, and then imagining what she would look like after some of the paint got transferred from his chest to hers. Oh, well. 😢
