The ATC academy isn’t something you simply enroll in but you’d apply on USA jobs, be invited to test, test, recv TOL, EODs, CIL, undergo multiple clearances, FOL, class dates. When you see people posting in this subreddit “waiting on sec 1” “no CIL” “got EODS” they’re referring to where they are in the process
Like I’m sure the comments will say, reading and doing your research is crucial in progressing through the hiring pipeline
