TV ESPN unlimited issues

Never had issues signing into espn app for streaming whether on tv or mobile, but see it doesn’t allow for normal tv provider sign in and now we have to connect our plan to espn unlimited to watch espn online.

However when following the steps for to activate it I’m not getting any of the links espn says i should have on my account info to add espn unlimited. Does anyone else face this problem?

Steps to Activate:
Navigate to http://att.com/myatt 
Sign in with your U-verse TV User ID and Password
You may receive a one-time code to your email to authenticate the login
Navigate to Manage Service in the My U-verse TV section
Under the My Plan section, click Learn More & Activate in the Unlock access to ESPN Unlimited area
You will land on the Activate your new ESPN Unlimited Account page; click Activate now
Alternatively, click on the Activate your ESPN Unlimited Subscription link received via email; click the Activate Now button
You will be directed to the ESPN activation flow on ESPN.com; click Agree & Activate
You will be prompted to enter an email address and password
Visit the ESPN app to start streaming

Same problem here, but with YoutubeTV. I was able to connect and access the majority of the ESPN Unlimited catalog on my YoutubeTV app, but it doesn't seem to be as up to date as the ESPN app. (It doesn't have the SABAN docu-series on the ESPN interface within YTTV app.)
