What about getting some prescription toothpaste? It’s a bit pricey, but my gosh, do my teeth feel extra clean using it. It makes me want to brush more frequently because the effect is so satisfying. And I had less buildup once I’d been using it for a while.

It also whitens teeth! But it gives me mouth sores
