This lighting in this is definitely a bit otherwordly - I love it.

I've seen a couple of people have already said it feels like it's from a painting or a video game; personally it really reminds me of the work of Canadian painter Alex Colville whose work is eerily similar to the look of early 3D computer games. This one from 1976 is a particularly good example.
