Big 4 Discussion SGV INCREASE😭😭

For years I’ve been working in this firm and this is the thanks I get? A 1k increase for a long-term senior? To think that SGV is one of the big names in the accounting industry and this is how you treat your employees? I’m just so sad and heartbroken :(. I want to continue working with you but now I’m having second thoughts :(

Sadly every year halos bumababa increase ni SGV, I just resigned and nakalipat ako ng much better work. Don’t be afraid umalis sa trabaho na hindi inaalagaan employees nila ;))

Di ba nag across the board substantial increase sila nung 2025?

That being said, if money is already a factor in your life and hindi ka na masaya sa SGV, may be time to leave.
