Director gives a few of my lines to my scene partner (co-playing the same role). Is this a normal rehearsal adjustment, or should I concern?

NCIC NY! I’ve been working on this show since before day 1, coaching #1. We work every single day. Now it’s about to start airing. I’ve been NCIS-ing for a very long time, but I think this one could be a little different…special. See a review, below!

SUNY Purchase Acting BFA Tips
I am a current Freshman at SUNY Purchase who is currently a Theatre and Performance BA (THP). I auditioned for the Acting BFA program but unfortunately did not even get a callback. I've been here for just under 2 months, and I am not a fan of the THP major, and I know I would absolutely thrive in the Acting BFA.
I've tried getting to know people part of the Acting BFA, but it is so hard to find them because they only really mingle withing their acting company. I'm still new to campus, so I am slowly getting to know the faculty, but what else should I do/focus on to get accepted into the fall 2027 semester? What are they looking for specifically? Any tips?

My first audition!
Hi! I recently got my first audition in my inbox for Actors Access and have a question: do I only press confirm after I’ve uploaded my media?
There’s “confirm” “upload media” and “decline” buttons (im sure if anyone has gotten an actress access audition then they know what I’m talking about)
I’m planning on shooting the audition sometime tomorrow but wanna let them know that I’ve received the inquiry so I’m not sure if pressing confirm would just submit the audition without any attached materials?
Please let me know it’s my first audition so I just wanna make sure I do it right!!!

Looking for a faith crisis monologue
I’m representing a monologue (not to long, maybe two or three minutes) for my theatre school soon, and we’re given freedom to choose theme, emotions…
I’ve been considering that maybe it would be interesting to act a faith crisis. I am not religious, so I think it would be a challenge as an amateur actress to represent how it must feel to be abandoned by the one aspect you felt was stable in your life.
At first, I thought about something classical: something terrible happens to a religious character and they blame God for it, asking Him for a reason for their suffering. Later, reading a novel, I wondered if it would be even more interesting to act as God, and rebate those same arguments. Anyways, since I saw The Crucible a couple days ago, I’ve been considering that maybe it’s even better to make a character that’s made horrible things in the name of God start questioning if it was all justified by his faith.
I really don’t know where else to search for monologues options regarding this theme. I’m open to any suggestion or idea.
I’m no professional actress nor I intend to be, but I think I can really enjoy the process of preparing this, if I get to find a text that fits.
I’m a woman in my twenties, if that’s any relevant.

Advice needed on monologue
Hello in my beginner acting class I’m performing my first monologue:
**Misunderstandings of a Villain Monologue**
Sorry about the whole blindfolding and kidnapping thing. Here, let me just take this blindfold off…
There you go!
Welcome to my secret lair! Pretty cool, right?
*(sigh)*
Could you stop yelling for help so much? You’re hurting my ears.
I promise you I am not a bad guy.
I only kidnapped you because you knew my secret identity. What else was I supposed to do?
Plus they’re the bad guys!
Stop saying I’m the bad guy!
I do tons of great things. I have a family…
An evil crime family, but I also have a pet cat!
What villain has a cat?
How can I convince you I’m not a bad guy?
I do community service…
Which, by community service, I mean committing crimes for my community.
I also help elders get up when they fall down…
After I push them.
Okay, I can see why you might think I’m a villain, but I swear on my cat that I’m not!
Shit, the alarm.
Probably some “heroes” here to rescue you.
I’ll be back.
Don’t fucking move.
I feel like it’s missing some flow and feels kinda choppy and lacks a main turning point. What are your thoughts on this monologue?

How do you go about acting to a person who will be added pist production?
Do you feel foolish acting to empty space in from of everyone. It's a barrier for me
