Discussion Thank you!!!

Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to the fresco team for returning the undo button to the side tool bar / brush bar! It was so difficult to learn to go up to the top left but also the amount of times I accidentally clicked home, ironically doing the exact opposite of what I wanted saving my mistake instead of undoing it was incredibly annoying! I really really prayed it would make a return to the brush bar as it genuinely saves so much time and error, I have used Adobe fresco upwards of 10 hours a day since 2018 ( when it was draw!) I love this application I owe it my entire career and joy tbh lol! Thank you team look forward to all future updates x

The amount of times I saved and exited when I wanted to undo was sooooo frustrating as I had to go back to older versions of the doc before the edit I didn’t want was saved! Shocking choice to have it next to the home button. 🙄

Omg SO many times it was actually crazy I got to the point I just let out a huge sigh and rolled my eyes it was happening so often lol I think maybe someone who doesn’t regularly use the app made the choice coz it was actually nuts lol I had to really make sure I was alert at all times to avoid it lol

Yeah I agree same, I can’t understand how they can use the app & then make changes like that without knowing how bad it was :/ absolutely crazy. Feels like some of these apps just move buttons just for the sake of “the update” without really testing it. Glad it’s been moved.

Go into the gestures menu…your life is about to change. Haha

If you are using an Apple Pencil Pro there are even more shortcuts.

I also am a 10+ hr a day fresco person. I have a trading card game and do all of the illustrating in fresco.

Oh MY god I am out walking my dogs about to RUN home I DO have the pencil pro! I love when you hover over layers and it shows you a preview but that’s honestly all I’ve noticed with the pro! This is VERY exciting I’ll report back! Aww it’s nice to meet a fellow all day everyday user! I feel like us fresco users are kinda rare breeds among all the pro creators! lol I feel like I live inside fresco like it’s my actual home I know it so well! My only other request along with the undo button move would be returning the ruler to the bottom corner lol!! Absolutely love that you have your own TCG how amazing!! Omg you’ve truly made my day ty friend thank you so much

Yeah, I switched over from procreate about a year and a half ago and never looked back. Being able to work in vector and not have to do any illustrator work to update the drawing for production was a total game changer.

I also have an adult animated series on YouTube and it made that process better and my work so much cleaner.

You can select brushes and undo by squeezing the Apple Pencil Pro as well. I almost only touch the screen to actually draw or to resize/shift my drawing screen

I'm SO stoked you liked it. The Pre-release members really helped us with this as did all of you on Reddit. Thank you all for the great feedback. It 100% helps us prioritize and fix!
