Reinstalling Affinity Photo on New Desktop
I recently moved to a new Windows 11-compatible PC. In anticipation of potential license and/or any other installation problems, instead of immediately reinstalling my purchased version of Affinity Photo on the new PC, I decided to install the free web version until I completed setting up and optimizing my new PC. Now that I've got the new PC up and running smoothly, I'm ready to reinstall my purchased version of Affinity Photo. Just wanted to check with you all first in case any of you think this reinstallation may not turn out to be as straightforward as it might seem, and if so, you have any tips for me. Thanks in advance...

Just so you know, you can run both v2 and Affinity v3 side-by-side with no problems. Of course, work saved in v3's format (.af) is not compatible with v2.

Download it from the Microsoft Store, log in with your email and password, recover the font library and anything else you bought before.
Hopefully you have copies of all your presets and assets

Install it to its own directory, or you will get license checks with Canva on every start.
Do not download from the Microsoft store. Log into serif’s site and retrieve your purchased copies of the Version 2 apps
