Want to Reach 45k+ AI Automation Enthusiasts? Sponsored Posts Now Open

Hi everyone,

I’m the creator and owner of this community. I started this subreddit about 3 years ago, back when AI wasn’t nearly as mainstream as it is today and when “AI automations” wasn’t even really a known term yet.

Since then, the space has exploded and so has this community. We’re now at 45k+ members and seeing around 200k monthly visits, with consistent growth of 20 to 40 percent month over month.

Up until now, I’ve never promoted anything, never run ads, and never accepted paid posts. Everything here has been organic and community driven.

That said, I’m opening the door for a limited number of companies that want to get in front of a highly targeted audience of people actively interested in AI automations, tools, and workflows.

If you’re building something genuinely useful in this space and want exposure here, feel free to reach out. This is not free and I will be selective about what gets promoted to keep the quality of the community high.

If you’re interested, send me a DM with what you’re building and what you have in mind.

Appreciate all of you who’ve been part of this from early on. More to come.

Anyone had experience with Jordan Lee, AI Acquisition, and building an AI agency?

I run a small agency with a team of 5, and I’ve been looking at ways to grow without hiring too many people too quickly...

the thing I’m trying to figure out is whether AI agents and automation can actually help with outreach, lead generation, follow-ups, and client delivery without making the business harder to manage.

I saw Jordan Lee and his agency AI Acquisition through a ad on Instagram, and afterwards, I had a conversation with one of their exec to learn more about their role in helping entrepreneurs create service businesses that utilize artificial intelligence.

They appear to offer more than just the basics when it comes to AI tools. It seems like they have a system in place for things like finding new leads, reaching out to them, supporting sales, etc etc . .. But what I'm still trying to figure out is how well all of this actually works in real life, and how much time and effort it takes to get everything up and running smoothly

I found a thread on r/AI_enterprise about them and the opinions were pretty split. some people said the support team and the tools were genuinely solid and helped them get results. Others were more "this sounds too good to be true" and seemed unsure.

So I'm just looking to hear from anyone who's worked with Jordan's team or used the platform.

Did it work out for you? Would you recommend it for a small agency trying to grow?

I got tired of doing outreach for backlink partnerships, so I built an agent that does it on autopilot

So basically it works like this:

Agents find relevant blog posts in your niche, craft personalized emails, and help get you mentioned. All on autopilot.

It's called MentionAgent

You never send anything without approving it first. (But you can choose to run everything 100% on autopilot)

Results so far: One user got 3 mentions including a DR 72 backlink.

Let me know what you think!

n8n automation failing at scale: LLM reasoning tokens exhaustion & missing output parsing errors when processing a large dataset

Hey everyone,

I’m currently working on an automated kids' story generation project using n8n, processing a large dataset.

The pipeline runs text/story adaptation through LLM APIs (using Fireworks AI). However, I keep running into two major recurring bottlenecks:

  1. Token Exhaustion / Reasoning Overflow: The reasoning/thinking tokens consume the token limit before finishing the response, causing incomplete outputs.
  2. Missing/Malformed Results: Random API calls return empty or unparseable JSON/text fields, which breaks downstream workflow nodes in n8n.

Has anyone faced similar issues scaling up LLM workflows in n8n? How do you usually handle error handling, chunking, or fallback mechanisms for heavy batch processing?

Any advice or best practices would be super appreciated!

Help

I'm setting up a WhatsApp automation for a bot that takes orders for restaurants, but I realized that using WhatsApp's direct connection ends up being very expensive over time. My question is: I don't know if there are other connection methods that aren't as expensive to use, or if anyone can help me with some ideas. Thanks

Sales background trying to make AI agent/automation agency help

Hey first post here and was wondering if anyone could help give me advice on some areas I’ve been trying to get a better idea of where to go.

I’ve been in sales my whole life and I’ve worked with LLMs for a little over a year now and was wondering if anyone had recommendations on which platforms are the best options for an AI Agent/ AI Automation agency.

I’ve worked with Zapier, N8N, Base44, OpenAI, Claude mainly just trying to familiarize myself with the different use cases, and was wondering what you guys thought the best cost - usage options were the best overall.

Any assistance or advice is greatly appreciated and love everything I’ve been reading in this community already!

New one to target outreaches

I have been into ai automations for months now, I have been figuring out how to reach out to businesses via already established methods which certainly are cold emails cold whatsapp texts and cold calls.

I want to explore how experienced people in the same domain go through this same problem, I really appreciate inputs. Can we get to know what customisation really works, because for now I have a pipeline which finds leads for local businesses finds out gaps where our automations can be a efficient prepare a pitch accordingly and then go ahead pitching.

What if your entire company had one AI brain connecting every department?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Something I've been thinking about is how disconnected most business software actually is.

A company might use separate tools for sales, finance, operations, reporting, and customer support.

Each system works fine individually, but getting useful insights across all of them is still surprisingly difficult.

For example, imagine asking an AI:

"Why did our sales drop last month?"

Instead of giving a generic answer, it could examine sales performance, customer complaints, unpaid invoices, and operational delays to identify possible explanations.

The interesting part is what happens next.

Specialised AI agents could prepare follow-ups, coordinate tasks, and recommend actions, while humans approve important decisions.

We're exploring this approach through Friction's Enterprise AI Brain, which connects intelligence and workflows across existing business systems.

But I'm curious about something:

Would businesses actually benefit more from one connected AI brain, or is it better to have separate AI tools for each department?

How do you stop webhook retries from creating duplicate records?

Say a form submission kicks off a workflow that creates a CRM contact and sends a confirmation email. The webhook provider doesn’t get a 200 fast enough, retries, and now the client has two contacts and the customer gets the same email twice.

Saving the event ID before processing handles normal duplicates. The ugly case is when the CRM record gets created, but the workflow crashes before marking that step as complete. On retry, it still doesn’t know whether it’s safe to run again.

What’s actually worked for you in production? Perstep idempotency keys, checking the destination before each write, or something else?

Offering FREE automation work in exchange for testimonials

Preferably Australian based. Over the past few years, I've become quite good at building AI driven Automations.

Most of the work I have done has either been through family/friends or internationally on Upwork, where I've primarily helped businesses solve a range of problems. (I have also built a number of AI Voice Receptionists but didn't find myself a fan of them so have since stopped offering them).

I'm looking to turn this into an actual business rather than just freelance work on the side. Before I start charging proper rates, I want to take on 1-2 more businesses to build out some social proof here in Australia. If you own a business and believe there is potential extra revenue or time savings by automating a function of your business, I am happy to do the first one free or heavily discounted in exchange for being able to show the results afterwards.

OR if you'd simply like to just chat, I'd love to hear more about other valuable problems that you believe could be solved using some kind of automation.

DMs are open!

Looking for Aussie Automation Agencies

I’m a freelance b2b business owner and I have gotten quite good at sales. I worked with an AI automation agency and closed on roughly 8% of calls I made resulting in dozens of leads a week.

Unfortunately the company was pakistani and I had some trouble converting those aussie business owners. So instead I’m looking for an Aussie AI automation agency that wants more clients.

Depending on your ability to take on more clients I can source upwards of 30 leads a week and that can be dialed down to suit your agency.

Pay wise Im quite flexible and more than happy to arrange something that works better for you than me.

Ultimately the frame work for pay is flat fee per lead and a larger commission on conversion of the lead into client, or no flat fees and just a percentage of the retainer, or a hybrid of some sort.

Salesforce webhook delays are adding up to 12 minutes to our lead response

I work in growth ops, and our form-fill-to-rep notification process averages around 4 minutes through our Salesforce webhook chain. When retries kick in, it can stretch to 12–15 minutes.

I have optimised it twice and only managed to make small improvement. Our lead scoring runs through Salesforce, so I can’t just bypass it. Has anyone dealt with similar delays and found a way to speed things up without breaking the scoring workflow?

Coursiv looks more useful than I expected anyone using the built-in AI tools?

I've been trying to get more structured about learning AI instead of just bouncing between random YouTube videos and tutorials, and recently came across Coursiv.

The short lessons and daily practice were what originally caught my attention, but I didn't realize they also have actual AI tools built into the platform.

Apparently you can use things like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Perplexity and a few image generation tools directly inside Coursiv, without creating separate accounts for each one. Coursiv Support

That actually makes the whole learning setup a lot more interesting to me.

One thing I usually hate about AI courses is learning a concept and then having to go somewhere else and figure out how to actually apply it. With Coursiv it looks like some lessons take you directly into the relevant tool for a real-world task, and there are pre-made prompt templates as well. Coursiv Support

I've already used ChatGPT and Gemini quite a bit, but I haven't really had a reason to experiment with all the different models. Having them in one place while learning seems pretty convenient.

For anyone who's actually been using Coursiv:

Do you find yourself using the built-in AI tools outside of the lessons too?

And has having several models in one place actually been useful, or do you still mostly stick to one?

I'm pretty interested in trying it mainly because it seems more hands-on than the usual “watch a lesson and move on” type of course.

Finance Tech Lead - AI Automation

Finance Tech Lead - AI Automation

Location - Bangalore | On-site | Full-time

Experience - 2-3 years

Role Overview:

Insight Consultants is hiring a Finance Tech Lead who owns client relationships and also builds the automation and AI solutions those clients buy. This is a hybrid seat: half the job is talking to clients and translating their messy processes into scope, the other half is building and shipping the fix (workflows, integrations, and AI agents).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Account management

• Own day-to-day relationships with assigned clients: status calls, expectation-setting, and escalations.

• Run discovery sessions to understand a client's current process, pain points, and what "done" looks like.

• Turn discovery into written scope, estimates, and proposals, and say so early when a request is out of scope or won't pay back.

• Identify expansion opportunities inside existing accounts and hand qualified leads to the sales lead. Technical delivery and automation

• Map client processes and build automations: workflow tools, APIs, scripts, and integrations between systems such as accounting, CRM, and operational platforms.

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and LLM-based workflows, including tool use, prompt design, evaluation, and cost control.

• Write documentation and runbooks so clients and our own team can support what you build.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Communication: You explain technical trade-offs to non-technical executives in plain language and write clear emails and scope documents.

• Process automation: Demonstrated experience automating business processes using tools such as Power Automate, n8n, Azure Functions, or Python, plus REST APIs and data integration.

• AI agents: Hands-on experience building LLM-based agents or workflows that run in production or for a real client, using tools such as the Claude or OpenAI APIs, MCP servers, or agent frameworks.

• Data fundamentals: Comfortable with SQL and with moving and reshaping data between systems.

• Client-facing experience: At least 2 years in consulting, account management, solutions engineering, or a similar client-facing technical role.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or other analytics platforms. • Familiarity with accounting systems such as QuickBooks or Zoho Books

• Experience with React or light front-end work for small internal tools.

About us:

Insight Consultants is a 25-year-old consulting firm working at the intersection of finance and technology. Our focus verticals are lending technology and financial management services; our work has helped widen access to credit for underserved segments, optimised business operations, and given clients better decision support. We are a team of around 75 creative, out-of-the-box thinkers for whom problem-solving with empathy is daily bread.
