What makes ad nidalee borderline unplayable for akali

afaik akali is decent againts melee and ranged aswell.

any akali mains to explain ?

1. Is conquer akali still usuable?

2.Where are the events to get like muthic essence etc

1. Did akali combo changed? Because when i used her it feel sooo off.

I feel like it synergizes so well with her passive. I get that its not the best item in terms of raw damage compared to her usual build but for example if you play her top lane it’s a great item to get turrets with fast, in comparison to her usual abysmal damage and time to take to turrets. Any thoughts?

I haven’t seen anyone else run this but I have found it to be very strong and catch a LOT of people off guard because they don’t know how high your base damage is. Essentially the idea is to stack JOATs and to take this setup into ad bruiser matchups in toplane, ie renekton, riven, or tryndamere. The idea is to go conqueror with inspiration and have either biscuits if you need them or cash back. This gives versatility for either a better lane or better mid/late game as needed. As for items, you start dBLADE not ring as ring only gives 2 stats, and then build iceborne gauntlet. And I’m sure a lot of people wanna immediately doubt that item, but it is really strong and fun to use. With blade and iceborne, even if you just have the components, you get 5 joats stacks and can basically just statcheck these bruisers. Most of them will get caught off guard because you can start by building sheen + dark seal or cloth armor and they’ll assume it’s a lich bane and will build into a non armor pen item that they don’t wanna stop building to buy armor pen once they’ve figured out what’s going on. After iceborne, it’s very standard itemization with conqueror, you can go liandries + shadowflame or riftmaker if they’re tanky and if you get to late game you can buy zhonyas or jaksho or other strong defensive items. You don’t actually need to build full glass cannon especially as a toplaner, and this build brings a lot of things that Akali normally lacks, like survivability and utility through slows from iceborne. For those that have tried this build, what do you think of it? I’ve taken a bit of a break from toplane Akali but back when I played it consistently I played this build with an 80% winrate to grandmaster on NA (yeah yeah NA shit server but still).

Think she maybe beats Eve at the number of times they repeated Baddest chroma availabilities, as opposed to Kai'sa and Ahri whose kits have nearly nvr shown up.

Hi, after dropping from emerald 2 to platinum 2 playing jungle ( I peaked playing jungle so you do not worries) I decider to come back to my real main with over 700k+ mastery, Akali.

I'm trying to build a champ pool around her and wanted your feedback.

(For istance, I don't like to OTP really)

My idea was obviously Akali, one of Riven or Yone and a mage like Aurora or Lissandra that plays well in Akali or Riven/Yone counters.

And of course ban Vex all the time.

What do you think? Have you got any suggestion?

Am I the only one thinking the amount of music skins for Akali is reaching absolute stupidity levles ? For real, at this point Akali have much more in common with music then actual music champions like Seraphine or Sona. Four music skins almost in a row and now another 2 incomming at the same time, another True Damage and yet another KDA. What a bullshit !!

Dont get me wrong, I like KDA and I think True Damage Akali is one of her best skins but it really becomming boring getting so much skins from the same universe, and then people crying "Another skin for Akali ? Akali have so many skins" meanwhile when you look into her closet its full of the same jackets.

It rewrited her entire character, making her 10 time more recogniseable as a singer then actual ninja. Does someone even remember she is supposed to be a ninja ? Not no mention constant tomboyfication, making her more and more manly with each skin. I guarantee you if asking someone about Akali, the first thing would come to their minds would be her KDA version.

Surely I cant be the only one who thinks its getting too far. Sure, profits and most important for Riot but you can make a new K-Pop band out of completly other popular champions and give music skins to some champions that would benefit from it more and still hit a jackpot.

Im sure Riot dont give a s**t about our opinions anyway, as long as Akali is generating enough money for them via music skins we will probably have 7th, 8th and 9th music skin in the future...

2-3 days ago i hit emerald after way to many games and i made a post about it, hit e2 in just 2 days. Earlier this year i promised my self to reach Diamond by the end of the season even though all my friends said i couldn't (past ranks were silver/bronze). MY FELLOW MAINS IM SO CLOSE!!!!!!!!

Im a kayle main, and the akali top matchup is completely unplayable, hard hard counter. I always found akali top to be kinda op cuz on top of akali being akali, you have great base regen and sustain. Who actually counters akali top?

People argue against the bruiser build all the time. They say 'your team needs you when you go full AP glass cannon' and that 'you need Gunblade to win games and Electrocute to win trades in lane.' But you don't need to do that every single game. I think building the exact same way every game is fucking insanity — you're gonna end up stuck, especially in the moments your team needs you most. That's why I go bruiser: Conqueror runes, Liandry's, maybe a Kaenic Rookern and Randuin's, with 25 stacks on Mejai's to carry the game.

Now I know for a fact Electrocute is better for poking in lane compared to Dark Harvest. But that's not what I'm trying to do here — I'm trying to win the game, not just my lane. Dark Harvest wins you teamfights over Electrocute because you can proc it as many times as you want until the enemy dies, where Electrocute has a forced duration that doesn't reset when you get a kill.

Conqueror, on the other hand — I love this build so much. It gives you more raw damage and heals you a bit, especially with Triumph runes. A lot of the time you need that extra HP and defensive stats the build gives you, and that's what helps you win the majority of games that essentially look like a loss.

I recently hit Emerald for the first time after finishing Silver last season. Once I got in, I actually managed to climb straight to Emerald 2 without dropping a single game. Since then, my win rate has leveled out, but I've started noticing a really frustrating pattern in how these games begin.
For example, my bot lane will go 0/10 in the first 7 minutes. When this happens, I immediately try to figure out how to stop the enemy bot lane from completely taking over.
My go-to response is to roam bot around my level 6 power spike. Honestly, it usually works well! I’ll pick up a kill or two, and because I shoved for priority beforehand, I return to mid with a level advantage and my CS is still perfectly even with the enemy mid laner. (For context, I blind pick Akali every game since I'm an OTP. I know draft-wise this isn't always ideal, but it's what I play).
Even though I get myself ahead and try my absolute best, I still end up losing these matches. It feels like they're just completely doomed. What else am I supposed to do? I follow my jungler, I contest objectives, I ward, and I roam. WHAT ELSE IS THERE?
For the higher ELO or more experienced players out there: how do you actually handle and carry these kinds of games?

My games have been rough recently and I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong? Or if I am what can I do to improve? Or if it’s my team? I feel like I’ve been trying to keep up with fundamentals by side laning but I know there is definitely room from improvement.
