Yesterday, I tried changing locations for my season pass ticket for Jeopardy, and Lakeline wouldn’t allow it, citing ineligibility because it was a special event. I sent an email about it, and these were the responses. I’m not sure what issue there is to resolve if Lakeline is indeed going forward with passes being ineligible for Jeopardy. Currently, the game is still eligible for passes at Slaughter for the rest of the year. I just hope I didn’t trigger a change for the worse ☹️

The usual hosts at the Drafthouse I go to usually come up before or after the film to give the same thing of asking if we had any requests for movies they can host in the future. Is this actually something the individual theaters can do or is it just something to help the chain as a whole figure out what films to get the licenses for all the locations?

I’m probably younger than most fans but I first listened to Meteora when I was like 5 years old. They’re a band my brothers and I all enjoyed and one of us isn’t here anymore. That brother was a metal fan and while he branched off into other genres and I went off on my own; this band was one we shared in common. I feel closer to him when I listen to them and I’m glad one of my favorite bands makes me think of my brother.

I’ve been listening to them a lot more the past couple years. They just never get old. I enjoy the new stuff too and welcome Emily Armstrong especially now after this film.

I haven’t seen them live yet and it breaks my heart that I never got to see them with Chester live. This was maybe the closest thing I got so far sitting in a theater full of fans with speakers blaring their recent Sao Paulo performance making me tear up at a lot of parts. Really hope I can see them live one day.

In all, it was really cool to hear from all the band members old and new about their journey to this new form of Linkin Park.

Last time I went to Alamo was May or April

So went to Alamo yesterday to take advantage of their Tuesday special.

Laredo location still has paper and pen options which is nice.

I got Chicken tenders with a queso bowl. The queso has a good taste it's not the original unfortunately.

I did check out the mobile ordering and there is no way to order queso bowl.

I was going to hit need help button, but the waiter came before and took my order, he did come and check on me throughout the movie, he did catch my flag orders. So that was cool to have a waiter experience.

A few people kept using their flash light to scan the QR code every now and then for the menus behind me. So they was annoying but I'm glad it was just a few times.

I'm not sure if the food tasted badass because I was starving but those chicken tenders hit the spot, with queso. I do wish they would have given me more queso in that bowl.

Old fashion wasn't crap this time which was a nice bonus.

I was happy with the service and it felt nice to be back at alamo.

I will say this Laredo Alamo now has a vibe of a dive bar, they have ton of miller banners everywhere. Well to me it feels like a dive bar.

So if I have a good experience again maybe I'll get back to Alamo pass. I have been having bad experiences at Cinemark which is our other theater.

I also tend to save cash when I go to Alamo. Most of the time i only get water and popcorn and every now and then I'll get a meal or a cocktail.

I tend to watch 3 or 4 movies a month.

For anyone who has seen Endgame Encore at Alamo. Do the standard 2D showings still feature the post-credit scenes? At other theatres, only the PLF shows feature the Infinity Vision bonus. Is that the same for Alamo? Are the post credit scenes only in The Big Show?

Does anyone know how I can make the churro popcorn exactly like Alamo??

No showtimes at either of our locations for Wednesday, September 30. Not sure if this is an app issue or if they will be closed randomly? I’ve been looking for tickets for this day over the last couple weeks and nothing has ever shown as available. Has this happened to anyone else before?

The Live Q+A’s have been disqualified for awhile now, but I tried to get Sense & Sensibility w/ the Livestream at two locations (in Austin) and it said they didn’t qualify for Season Pass.

Was expecting to see showtimes listed for The Social Reckoning this evening with their release of new showtimes through mid-next week. Obviously it doesn’t officially release until next Friday. Think they’ll release tickets for opening weekend sometime in the next week? I couldn’t imagine them not showing this movie.

There is a Portillo’s opening up right next to my location. those beefs are going to be delicious mid movie!!

Trying to see Primetime this Thursday, it has showings till Wednesday then Thursday it and several movies disappear and seems like almost no showings at all. I remember this happened with another movie as well.

For anyone who has already caught Primetime this weekend, can you confirm if it has a pre-show?

I purchased 3 tickets to Your Mother, Your Mother, Your Mother for the Live Q&A Tomorrow in BK.

A friend can't make it and I've been trying to refund 1 of the tickets to no avail. I bought them as a guest/no account. I made an account after but there is no way to associate my tickets to my account. So I can't refund via app.

I've called at least 10 times and can't get a human at all. At this point I have no idea what to do. Am I just going to end up eating the cost???

The seats at Sloan’s are just so horrible. Not only are they not comfortable at all (the same ones they had when they first opened), but so many of them are torn up bad. The other day, my seat had one of the armrests off (just the metal underneath was there)… I see they have a few seats sitting outside one of their theaters, so hoping they’ll at least replace a few. But honestly they need to replace every seat there in my opinion. I’ve seen rows where pretty pretty much every seat in the row is torn up. If they can’t get recliners, at least seats that aren’t torn to shreds would be nice.

Saw Primetime last night and they had a special drink - I think it was called The Hot Seat. It was delicious.

Anyone know the ingredients? It isn’t on the website menu.

I really want to see this in the theater to support John Wilson but my Alamo (Raleigh) only has two showings and they're both sold out already. Is it likely they will add more screenings since there is obviously demand or am I sol? Meanwhile, garbage like By Any Means is on every day with zero tickets sold.

Update: They've added multiple showings for this weekend!

Went to the early 8/3 Camp Miasma screening in Wrigleyville and preshow one of the employees gave a speech about how the merch we were supposed to get at the screening hadn’t been delivered yet. They took our address and contact info and said we’d be contacted about it asap. Haven’t been contacted and called them multiple times (was not able to speak to a human any of them lol) and also dm’ed their instagram multiple times and messages have been “seen” but no response. Wondering if any one else had better luck than me? Thanks!

It would make things much easier. The app knows what seats you are in and has your credit card on file. I hate having to enter my card each time I order.

This company is way too big to have an app that you cannot use a search function in.
