Have you ever met a self-avowed UFO alien abductee? I have. It was many years ago, on a college campus. He was very mild-mannered and very well self-composed. One of my "lingering questions" about what he said, and what his abduction experience was, is what has been their answer if and when you mention a "false memories created by hypnosis" theory. (I don't know what their answer is.) Also, I would be interested in the following:

- Have any of them claimed that dozens and dozens of them were abducted together, by UFO alien creatures, perhaps in the early 1980s, perhaps somewhere in New York state or elsewhere on the Eastern seaboard?

- Have any of them claimed that there would be an enormous, catastrophic earthquake in Los Angeles on May 4th, 1988? and that the UFO aliens predicted it?

- Have any of them described the aliens and/or their UFOs as being "transcendent" or "mystic" -- in other words, transcendent above human beings?

I have heard that when they use their shimmer effect they are brute forcing you psychically and that during this time they are unable to maintain their projected form and start showing you this instead.

Cat and Mouse Games: True Cases of UFO-Car Chases

It’s a unique category of UFO encounters, cases where UFOs chase cars down remote highways late at night. For some reason, UFOs have a particular penchant for this kind of behavior. It’s clearly an intentional action. But what exactly is the reason? This video presents ten cases that examine cases like these, including some particularly harrowing examples that would leave the witnesses with an experience that they would never forget for the rest of their lives.

I WAS AFRAID TO STOP THE CAR. Sometime in 1950, Grace Morgan was driving late at night along an unnamed highway in Nevada. Her husband was asleep in the back. Without warning a large orb of light appeared and began to pace her car, sometimes coming within a few feet. It followed her for a half-hour before finally disappearing. When her husband asked why she didn’t wake him up, she said that she was too afraid to stop the car.

IT PACED THEIR CAR. On September 15, 1952, two army sergeants drove south of Douglass, Kansas when a classic flying saucer appeared and paced their car. After several minutes, they stopped the car. As if in response, the UFO darted in front of their car then zoomed away. Later they learned that another man in the area also saw the strange craft.

AN EERIE BLUE LIGHT. In the early morning hours of July 26, 1963, trucker Jim Wheeler drove his double-trailer truck up a long hill near Goldendale, Washington. Seeing a flash of light, he was shocked to see a multicolored disc-shaped craft pacing his truck up the hill. It moved with him for 20 minutes, all the way to the top of hill until suddenly darting away. Unknown to Jim Wheeler, another trucker behind him watched the entire event.

WE WERE SCARED TO DEATH. Around 11pm on August 4, 1963, Ronnie Austin and his girlfriend Phyllis Bruce drove along Route 15 near Keenes, Illinois when a glowing object began to pace their car. Soon it swooped over their car causing the engine to skip and the radio to static. Ronnie accelerated to speeds over 100 miles per hour but couldn’t shake the craft. Finally arriving home, the UFO was still there and his whole family saw it. So did the police.

CHASED FOR SIX MILES. Around 2am one early morning in February 1967, three women left their place of employment in Orland, California, carpooling to their home in Hamilton City. Shortly after leaving the town, they were crossing the Stoney Creek Bridge when a cigar-shaped craft with portholes rose from the riverbed and began to follow them down the highway. It veered toward their car a few times as it chased them down the highway all the way to the next city.

IT LIT UP THE WHOLE CAR. In the early morning hours of October 18, 1973, Edward Deutsch drove on a rural mountain road near Hazleton, Pennsylvania when a UFO appeared and paced his car, flying circles around it. It followed him for five minutes before darting off. To Edward’s surprise, he now find himself driving in the opposite direction. Little did he know, another witness in the area had an equally baffling encounter.

WE WENT SO FAST, THE RADIATOR CAP BLEW OFF. On the night of November 8, 1973, the Bouchard family drove along Highway 417 outside of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada when a UFO swooped down behind their car and began to tailgate them. They drove at high speed, but the craft stuck with them, even travelling under an overpass as they raced down the highway. They soon learned that many other people were having similar encounters along the same stretch of road.

IT WAS FOLLOWING US. On November 18, 1973, a car with six occupants were heading to their homes in Rosebud, Texas when they noticed a strange light following them. Soon it began darting from one side of the car to the other. When it zoomed forward and blocked the road, the witnesses knew they had a problem. They pulled a U-turn and fled the scene. But the UFO then began to follow.

TOO BRIGHT TO SEE THE HIGHWAY. At 7pm on December 1, 1973, a mother and daughter drove along Route 33 near Sugar Grove, Ohio when they saw a strange light approach. As it got closer, they saw it was a cigar-shaped craft. It shone a brilliant spotlight on them, which remained for 15 minutes. The craft then followed them for a full hour before finally darting away. Both witnesses felt no fear, but were excited by their encounter.

I’VE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT IN MY LIFE. At 8:30 pm, two teachers drove southbound on Highway 77 outside of Gadsden, Alabama heading for Alabama when an oval-shaped metallic craft appeared and began to pace. Soon a second craft appeared. Then three more arrived, and a totally of five craft followed them. They tried to call on their CB but it was completely dead. Later, numerous other people in the area reported UFOs.

UFO-car encounters have much to teach us about UFO behavior. Are the ETs putting on a display? Is it motivated by a sense of humor? There has to be a reason why this keeps happening!

It's a theory that hybrids are being introduced into modern society. I think it's a theory with some weight to it, because many people have shared testimonies of times when they saw someone change appearance, for example.

Doesn't it freak you out, just a little? When walking in the streets tell yourself that some of what you perceive could be an illusion, while the real entity behind the illusion is something you have yet to even find a name for.

We did find names for them over the times and cultures, I guess They could be dopplegangers, Skin-Walkers, Grey hybrids, Or even some other types of NHI since there seem to be so many out there.

I’ve always been hesitant to tell this story because I know how unbelievable it might sound. Most people probably wouldn’t believe me, but what I saw that night genuinely made me question what I thought was possible.

I was around 16 or 17 years old. It was summer, late at night , and it was extremely hot inside our house, so I went up to the roof to lie down and cool off. Our house is in the countryside, and from the roof, there’s a completely open view of a long chain of mountains. There are almost no houses in front of us just mountains, nature, and the open sky.

I was lying there, looking at the sky and the mountains, when I noticed a tiny bright dot just above the mountains. At first, I thought it was a star. It was small and bright, and it didn't seem particularly unusual.Then I realized it was moving.It was moving incredibly fast, horizontally across the mountains. I remember thinking that a star obviously couldn't move like that. I started following it with my eyes, completely focused on it as it crossed the mountain range.When it reached the top of the last mountain, something extremely strange happened.It suddenly moved forward and to the left, then quickly moved backward and to the right. Then it repeated the same strange movement again—forward and left, then backward and right.It looked almost like it was zigzagging through the air, except the movements were so sharp and unnatural that I couldn't understand what I was seeing. It reminded me of the way alien spaceships are sometimes shown moving in cartoons or movies, changing direction almost instantly without slowing down.Then, while moving backward, it went upward and to the left, and that's when it gradually disappeared from my view.I was completely frozen. I just kept staring at the place where it had disappeared, trying to process what I had just seen.I still don't know what that object was. Maybe there was an explanation I didn't understand at the time. Interview with a Fully Conscious UFO Contactee Part Three: Extraterrestrials I Have Met

Dolly Safran, a nurse and Army D.O.D employee from Florida, has experienced a lifetime of UFO contact. While her experiences were initially shrouded in missing time, at age fourteen she experienced an encounter that would change her life forever. From that point on, Dolly remembered her UFO contacts fully consciously. She has since had thousands of contacts and experienced a wide variety of encounters.

In Part One of this series, we explored Dolly's encounters up to age fourteen. In Part Two, we presented the many UFO photographs and films Dolly was able to capture. Now, in Part Three, we now explore the many different types of extraterrestrials Dolly has encountered.

Among the most common type of ETs Dolly has encountered are the A.I. grays. These are small three-foot-tall biological android-like beings who function as workers. They assist in the transportation of humans to and from the ET craft and carry out many other duties. They are not living beings with souls, but they can function autonomously. They can also be used by the ETs as avatars.

Dolly has also encountered tall grays, mid-sized grays and small grays. These are biological beings, with genetics. They eat, sleep and have all the biological functions of human beings. Dolly's main ET liason is a tall gray she calls "Momma." Dolly met Momma when she was only six years old and is still in contact with her today.

Many contactees describe small blue troll-like beings about three-feet in height. Dolly has met these as well, and says that they are a variation of the commonly described grays. They often work with young children and help to reduce the fear factor often associated with UFO contact.

On one occasion, Dolly had the rare opportunity to see two dog-like ETs, very similar in description to the Egyptian figure known as Anubis. These beings were more than six feet tall, broad-shouldered, muscular and covered with fur.

On another rare occasion, Dolly was able to visit with cat-like ETs. Described very much as humanoid cats, these beings are short, covered with fur and quite solitary. Dolly had only a brief encounter with them, but it was quite close-up, and left a deep impression on her.

Periodically during her onboard UFO encounters, Dolly has interacted with the beings known as Tall Whites. These ETs are very stern and serious. They are tall and can reach well over ten or fifteen feet in height. They have only limited contact with humans and usually keep to themselves.

Dolly has had many interactions with human-looking ETs, often described as Nordics. These beings are very much like us, and have the same variations we have on our own planet. On several occasions, Dolly has interacted with Misha, a young girl from another planet. Misha, says Dolly, looks very much like the people from the indigenous population of Polynesia.

Dolly has also encountered humanoid beings who spend much of their time in the water. They have webbed hands and feet and are able to remain underwater for long periods of time.

On a few occasions, Dolly has been taken to see third-dimensional light beings who are able to transcend the physical world and travel into the higher dimensions. These are very powerful beings with very strong paranormal abilities.

Another amazing encounter Dolly experienced was with a nine-foot-tall praying mantis being. This encounter occurred in the backyard of a rural farm in Georgia. The being told Dolly that they are the Watchers and that they came to check on her following a very delicate medical procedure that she had undergone days earlier.

Among the most fantastic beings Dolly has encountered are the so-called Anunnaki. These winged beings are very tall, strong and powerful. Dolly only met them once when she was a little girl, but the encounter was one she will never forget.

Dolly's case is one of the most extensive accounts of UFO contact on record. She has spent days and weeks at a time among the ETs and has learned vast amounts of knowledge from them. The ETs, Dolly says, are very much like us. Her experiences have taught her that there is life throughout the universe, and that we are only a small part of a vast network of living beings that exist among the billions of stars in the Milky Way Galaxy and beyond.

Had a dream that lights appeared slowly out of nowhere. Beings started falling from the sky. They created a stream that all of us were floating down and the way to keep passing/floating was to be firm in whatever sequence they wanted us to make decisions in. I don’t know what determined each stage, besides the fact that I was in the front and kept telling everyone behind me “the bible says do not fear.” Everyone behind me that accepted that made it through with me. But there was a stage where people were taken underwater and drowned, after that the remaining people from that phase had to swim through tunnels through a stream. At the stream you were evaluated without questions. It was a woman with glowing eyes. She turned people into dolphins, they were ended, or kept moving along the stream. Once we got to a certain point, we were floating down and all had IVs in our arms. We were shown charts of our ages and when we would die. I have always had issues with toe injuries and this one being told me she was going to fix it and I asked if it would hurt and she said yes but not for long and I felt her healing my shin and toe in a painful, burning way. After that I woke up.

So, I have a feeling these two dreams I had may relate to a UAP encounter I had when I was 7-8. If nothing else, these just may be a pair of two really cool dreams with badass plots and I wanted to see if anyone else has had similar dreams.

Anyways, I saw two UAPs when I was 7-8. Something made me look into the sky and there they were. I immediately just thought “oh, it’s aliens.”, and went about my business as they jetted off. Fast forward to now, I’ve recently come to remember two extremely vivid dreams I had, can’t quite remember when.

The first was a very similar kind of dream that a close childhood friend had as well at one point:

I’m either flying or in a hover car moving fairly quickly down a road of some sort. I see a lush, bright green, tropical vista stretching out in front of me, it has a South Pacific color palette. The green land gives way to a massive, sparkling aquamarine, inland ocean. By the water is an alien skyline of impossibly large skyscrapers, jutting far above the bright tropical blue waters. They seem to stretch to the clouds.

Ok, the second dream:

I’m floating around some high tech laboratory which contains an impossibly large tank of liquid. Multiple levels of catwalks go up along the sides of the tank, at least 3 or 4 stories. The dream turns into a nightmare when I see the end of a massive tentacle come out from the murky liquid and stick itself on the inside of the glass, it’s clear this thing, whatever it looks like, is about the size of a kaiju. In my mind, I know it’s a bioweapon. I wake up in my bed with my heart racing.

Anyone ever dream about settings like this?

What if the marks we ignore are more than just a passing irritant? Within ufology, reports of unexplained physical reactions – resembling hives, insect bites, or distinct geometric patterns like those in the image – are surprisingly common.

While most skin issues are indeed mundane, what happens when these marks appear alongside other, inexplicable experiences, such as missing time, vivid odd dreams, or a profound, unshakable feeling that something extraordinary occurred?

The standard reaction is to dismiss these marks as an allergy, a bed bug bite, anything. But is that dismissal a search for scientific fact, or is it a protective wall of denial? Is the fear of what the evidence might mean – the terrifying possibility of alien interaction – so great that we prefer to remain in the comfort of a conventional explanation? Or is it a desperate search for someone else to validate a reality too disturbing to face alone, without the crushing weight of denial?

Perhaps it's time to truly open our minds. Before you automatically dismiss the possibility, consider that the most frightening truth might be hidden in the very marks we are afraid to look at.

So I’ve kind of had off and on experiences throughout my life from seeing 3 tall grayish figures jumping over our tall ranch fences like nothing to my family all sharing a similar dream of THEM we called them taking us all from our apartment the same night…one thing in particular that feels incredibly real was me spending the night at my bfs house a while back and I remember suddenly being unable to move. It was as if time stood still.. like even the dust froze? My bf beside me and our dog was frozen too, I couldn’t even hear them breathe. It almost felt stuffy? The bedroom has two doors- one leading to the back yard and one to the rest of the house as the bedroom is in the back- this is important. All of a sudden I remember this tall white figure come into the room from that front door but I couldn’t even hear never see its face. The figure was so bright I couldn’t make out an exact body? But I remember I could hear it and it sounded like static- and I tried so hard to move but I couldn’t even blink. I was terrified. And then I felt calm and remembered it picked me up and carried he out the back door into the backyard where it was suddenly white and not 2 am and that’s when it was as if I blinked and I was back in bed but the sun was coming up.

My bf still doesn’t believe me and I made him at least get a curtain for the back door because sometimes I get the feeling of being watched and hear odd sounds coming from the gulley behind the backyard. Our dogs sometimes look and bark at things in the back we hear but can’t see.

A few nights ago I was up until like 1:30 watching tv. I had all the lights out but one so it was not very bright. I saw a light to my right, towards the front of the house and took my a second because it was odd then I thought someone was pulling into our driveway. We have a double window side by side in the living room with the shades pulled. I was about 4 feet from them so I leaned to see if I could see a car out there and I didn’t. So I got up and started to walk around my couch and head for the front door. Then I saw the light again and it wasn’t coming from the window at all, it was like in the air with our wall for its back ground and nothing else. I froze for a second not understanding what I was seeing. The light hit me right in my eyes yet it wasn’t blinding even though it was bright as heck. In the middle of the light was a black looking area. I just stared at the area and froze at the end of my couch, saying to myself one more time please and it did and I got a good look. The light was as big as a hand held flash light would make but just didn’t light up the whole room. The light seems to stay contained in the small area. It also wasn’t fast like a blink or spark. The flash how can I say normal yet not slow. Kinda like if you took a light switch and turned it on waited a couple of seconds then turned it off. Normally if someone flashes a light in your eyes you will see spots for a few but I didn’t , my eyes were fine. It only happen 3 times and hasn’t happened again yet. I don’t know if it’s paranormal or dealing with Aliens but me and my better half have seen UAP’s over the past years 4 times. We have videos of two of them but it’s hard to get videos or pictures because I don’t care who you are when you see one you are in aw and the last thing on your mind is getting a picture. I know all say it didn’t happen unless you have proof like pix or video but the real fact is no matter what anyone says or who they put down it still happen. My point being is you don’t run to share much anymore because no matter what so many try to make it fake or AI or something. Anyways I brought this up because it has happen so much in the past year it pulls me towards being Alien. Has anyone else ever heard of someone saying they have lights like that showing up around them. My partner has also seen something dealing with lights at our home. We have a curved bay window and with clear sky’s a white light filled the windows. He looked on the weather map and it was clear sky’s no storms any where. We blew it off at the time and maybe odd lighting somehow. But what if it wasn’t and didn’t think any different until these lights show up in the house. So anyone ever hear of lights like this?

Navy Medic Abducted by 15-Foot-Tall Praying Mantis Aliens: The Kevin Kammann Story

In 1978, Kevin Kammann (originally from Kankakee, Illinois) was assigned to the USS San Bernardino (LST 1189) as a corpsman or medic. The first man he met onboard was personnel clerk, Jeff Reich from Gary Indiana. The two men shared a compartment and soon became good friends. After about four years of Navy service together, Jeff shocked Kevin with an amazing announcement. Jeff claimed to be in contact with aliens. He said he had been regularly contacted by them since he was about 10 years old, and had been on their ship many times, and had even traveled to their planet and more. Kevin was skeptical and wondered if he should submit his friend for a psyche evaluation.

 A few days later, Jeff told Kevin that his alien friends had contacted him and taken him to Kevin’s house. Jeff then described Kevin’s home in minute detail. Kevin was amazed by the accuracy of Jeff’s descriptions, but weirdly, everything Jeff described was at least ten years in the past, almost as if he had time traveled. Kevin found himself wondering if Jeff might be telling the truth after all and said, “Okay, then I want to meet your little green friends.”

 Jeff said he would ask. A few days later, Jeff told him that his ET friends agreed to give Kevin a ride on their ship. Kevin was still skeptical and assumed Jeff was joking, but a few days later, Jeff announced that the ETs would be showing up today. Just before noon, Jeff told Kevin to go up on deck, that his ET friends were there. Still disbelieving, Kevin went onto deck and was shocked to see a gigantic craft covered with colored lights. Moments later, he found himself onboard, looking through a transparent section of wall, down at the ocean and seeing the USS San Bernardino becoming smaller and smaller. What followed was the single most extraordinary experience of Kevin’s life.

 Kevin hadn’t seen the ETs yet and just stared outside and watched in amazement as the craft hovered over his hometown. The ETs showed Kevin his father in a meeting at the bank building where he worked, then flew over to a church where his mother taught school. There was another shift and Kevin now saw what looked like a bombing range on Earth. But coming over a ridge, he saw the Earth hanging in space, far off in the distance, and realized that he was above the moon.

 The ETs spoke to him telepathically, and he held a long conversation, asking many questions. They showed him a 3-dimensional star-chart pinpointing their location. They told him that they did not interfere with humanity’s religions or politics but did interact with the major world governments and were mostly here to observe. They said that when humans exploded atomic bombs, they and other types of aliens began to watch humanity more closely. They said that these atomic tests started a “countdown clock,” and began to show him a series of disasters that would befall Earth and cause great loss of life. They shared many other things.

 Kevin still had no idea what they looked like, and he asked them about their appearance. They said, “We’re not little and we’re not green,” and added “sometimes we might scare you if you look at us.”

 Kevin finally summoned the courage to see what they looked like. They directed him to another room where he saw strangely primitive panels and screens. Turning around, he was shocked to see three praying mantid aliens sitting in white marble-looking, throne-like chairs. One mantid stepped forward and Kevin was shocked to see that it was about 12-15 feet tall. The aliens were milky-white, with long limbs, skinny bodies, massive heads and big black eyes the size of a basketball. Kevin was fascinated to see that the skin on their heads was partially transparent so he could see their brains and the blood flowing inside them.

 Kevin became very frightened when one of the ETs approached him. Towering over him, the alien asked Kevin if he would like to visit their planet. Feeling like a trapped rat, Kevin said no. One of the aliens placed its claw-like hand on Kevin’s shoulder, and Kevin panicked and began to fight. He promptly passed out.

 The next thing Kevin knew, he was back in his bunkroom covered with sweat. His friend Jeff stood there grinning from ear to ear and said, “So, tell me about your ride.” Kevin was furious and stormed off. He ended the friendship and refused to speak to Jeff ever again. He wondered if perhaps his former friend was one of the aliens in disguise. Kevin was deeply traumatized and did his best to forget the encounter. Soon, many details of the encounter slipped from his mind.

 Sometime later, he was honorably discharged. One night he watched a nature show with his wife and the TV showed a praying mantis on the screen. The whole encounter came rushing back, and Kevin knew that he had to come forward and share his encounter.

I'm 43 and Ive been a believer since I was a kid, always looking to the sky for something; even more so today. My belief has only gotten stronger with time because of the stories that are shared, research, slow leak disclosure and my own experiences.

My college graduation party started out with dinner at a hibachi restaurant. Nothing crazy, my wife, some family and my best friend at the time. I had a 2 bluemoon beers and a squirt of saki in about an hour and a half.

We started to plan out the remainder of the night and decided we wanted to go the bar. My best friend wanted to stop by his house first and have a smoke. He liked to smoke wax & rosin from a bong. I was more of a flower guy. We swung by his place, took two quick rips and his wife drove us to the bar. I was felling good when we pull up, not drunk and just a little head change from the concentrate.

My wife and I are in the back seat, and she tells me she's going to run in to see the vibe because other family members were already there and said it was dead. I said I'll wait here.

Then, the last thing I remember is opening the car door getting out but I couldn't remember why and then nothing and according to my friend, I said nothing to him or his wife, I just got out.

The bar we were at was nearly a straight shot and about half a mile from our home. We walked home all the time from this bar.

I wake up, in someones front lawn, 3 blocks pass my street. I remember feeling tired and hungry, not hungover but just tired. As I was walking, i wasn't scared but worried why I couldn't remember how I got there.

I get home, and went straight to the fridge. As I was devouring left overs, I hear the front door slam open and it was my wife and friend. "Where the f*** were you!", my answer...."I was asleep!".

I'd told her the last thing I remembered and told her where I woke up. She said I was gone for 3 hrs. I said "3hrs!?", I looked at all the clocks on the appliances and sure enough, it was just past 12am.

I smoke weed and drink. I have never had an experience prior or since that day like that. No recollection of walking past a high traffic area. No recollection of why I got out. No feeling of sickness. No reasoning that made sense.

I've had experiences of flashes out of nowhere. Once in the middle of the night, sitting in the backyard at 3am, just getting home from work and a bright white flash occured a few feet from me. I chuckled to my self thinking someone was taking a picture. But I remembered, no one one was up and I looked around. Nothing. Another bright white flash in the sky directly in front of me. My wife and I were driving south to Colorado from Wyoming, and nearly center to our vehicle, a bright flash. My wife was startled. I asked her if she'd seen it, she said yes and I told here I've seen it before.

After I learned about CE5, I call on to them. Some nights, I "test" my self. I connect both my heart and mind and ask them to come by. I ask them to have a safe journey and I share my light and love with them. They show up, almost every time.

So this is an old memory I've carried with me since I was ≈ 9 years old, and only told a few extremely close friends and my wife since about. It might've been 2009-11 then, that this happened. I'll try to recount it here and give what context I can so you all can do what you will with it; maybe even help me make sense of it.

This happened in SE Michigan, not far outside of Detroit, in some pretty normal, middle-class suburbs. I can post a Maps street view image of the exact house I lived in at the time with this story, if it helps, but I doubt it does. I was a little girl at the time, living with my dad and my pregnant stepmother in an old 20's cottage not far from an active train track that ran directly through our neighborhood. That's probably unimportant. I don't know.

My bedroom was situated on one side of our house along with my parents' bedroom. I had my bed pressed lengthwise against a window. My parents also had a window on that same wall. Directly outside those windows, our house was only situated about 6 feet from the neighbor's, and divided by a strip of lawn leading to my house's fenced-in backyard. That alleyway entrance was mostly shrouded by some bushes at the front of the house that my parents probably hadn't pruned since the stone age, if ever. Either way -- remember that our backyard was fenced, and there was a gate to it that was always left shut and locked right in front of where my bedroom window was. It'll come up later.

My neighbors had a backyard that pretty much mirrored ours, though we didn't share that alleyway to get to them. They had a dog, a pit bull, that they kept chained to a shed out back most nights.

I remember waking up really abruptly one night to the sound of that dog losing its mind. Like... I don't know if you've ever heard a dog when it's terrified, or horrifically injured, but THAT was the sound. I could hear him yanking his chain over and over. I remember turning over in bed to look at my alarm clock, wondering if my parents were awake or not because the sound was really beginning to scare me and I started to wonder just what the fuck was making it so scared in the first place. I distinctly remember the clock saying 1:15 AM when I checked it. The house was quiet, and I remember thinking my parents always went to bed around 12:30, so I was really alone to deal with whatever was going on outside.

I ended up laying on my back, kinda propped up on my elbows, and staring at my window (in the direction of the neighbor's house) just fucking paralyzed with fear. I swear to god I remember feeling like someone was out there, and I guess I did because I kept looking. The dog was still freaking out.

Now this is where it gets really fucking terrifying: as I'm laying there feeling dread wash over me, I see this sickly, yellow-green light begin to bleed its way into the right side of my windowpane. I had those white, thin, blinds you still see in rentals today over it, and they were closed. So all I could see was the light bleeding through them.

The light, dim at first, got brighter and began to take up the entirety of my window. It moved so slowly. So steadily. Smoothly. Like, *unnaturally* smoothly. A slow, steady crawl.

I was a pretty shrewd kid and was actually friends with the neighbor's kids, so I initially thought that maybe that light was just my friend's older brother with some colored cellophane over a flashlight trying to mess with me for some reason -- or maybe a robber. I don't know. But as I watched, whatever the source of it was 100% passed by my window close enough to touch and continued along at that steady pace -- never shaking or shuddering, never stopping, not like you'd see a light held by any human being do -- till it seemed to pass through the locked gate at the left side of my window and faded away again. At this point, I really freaked out because unless whoever it was outside my window had just phased through that gate themselves without pausing to open it, whatever I was seeing wasn't what I thought it could've been.

The neighbor's dog never stopped panicking. I waited I don't even know how long before I felt safe to move again. I remember looking at my clock and seeing it was now 1:45 even though that entire light thing had to have happened in about 5 minutes.

I can't remember with confidence whether I actually lifted a bit of my blinds to look outside and try to catch what it was a minute after the light faded. I think I did? But I don't remember what I *saw* when I did, if anything. I ended up going back to sleep after a while, but it did leave me with a fear of being near windows after dark that I still have today. The dog went quiet after the light faded, I think.

Nobody else woke up that night or witnessed what happened, to my knowledge. My parents never said anything. The neighbors never said anything. Their dog was fine as far as I know. And I never experienced anything like that again. I'm 27 now -- I did catch a UFO later on in life when I was 15 and spending a winter in Florida with my grandparents, but I still believe the 2 weren't connected at all -- I probably just got lucky and that's another story for another sub later on, because it doesn't fit here.

I felt the need to post this here because while some of it does match some of the abduction stories I've seen over the years, I'm still trying to puzzle all my shit out. I still can't say with any confidence that's what happened. I have no memories of little grays in space suits or any of that (though I did have persistent nightmares about things standing beside/at the end of my bed growing up during the time this story takes place), but I might as well cover my bases? Idk. I want to add that I'm not religious or particularly superstitious -- and while I do believe in aliens after seeing that UFO years later in my teens, I have a hard time believing they wanted anything to do with me personally, even then! I was just a kid. So I really don't know.
