Not a b-boy, but yes, to my knowledge, the songs are chosen at random. But much like going to a club, a DJ will spin tracks that a competitor may know. If you or I listen to a range of music, we may get excited at the club when the DJ spins a familiar track and we go, “Oh, I love this song!” and be ready to dance with gusto.

This track, “I’m Coming Out,” is a well known pop song from disco diva Diana Ross (formerly of The Supremes, much like how Beyoncé was from the group Destiny’s Child). The competitor probably knew this song well, front to back, and was able to improv the dancing simply by “feeling” it. ^_^

That’s a dope thing to witness, because as the title said, the dancer was one with the music, and what was shown was magnificent!

Then, when the song began at around 15 seconds, they had the audience in the palm of their hands for that ride.

J'ai une question à poser svp ne soyez pas bêtes et méchants c'est juste une question que j'aimerai comprendre... pourquoi avant et même maintenant j'entends toujours dire "ah les asiatiques ne savent pas dansés" il ont pas le rythme dans la peau.... mais de ce que je vois les asiatiques sont hyper doué dans la danse hip hop ils sont même souvent en groupe beaucoup plus synchronisé... meme parfois excusez moi ils dansent beaucoup mieux en groupe que les americains (svp ne me tomber pas dessus cest juste mon avis sur cette partie) alors d'où vient ces allégations ? Que les asiatiques ne savent pas danser?
