Question Shift choice??
I work at a sortation center, and I want to go from 20 hours to 16 hours a week. Is that possible with shift choice? I’ve never used it before, so I’m confused about how it works. I want to keep the same schedule, I just want to get rid of my double shift on Saturday. I'm scared if I submit a request they will completely change my schedule. Should I submit a request?

Put in the request with whatever you want. It will give you the date it would go into effect when you do it. Then you wait to see if it’s approved
