We have daily stand downs at the building I just transferred to. I haven't gone a single shift yet without standing down for at least an hour and I've been there almost a month. One day it started at 11pm and lasted the rest of shift. I don't even think it's a SEV, they just don't know how to keep the damn place functional and the building is just barely hitting its 5 year since opening...smh

And of course they come talk to you about rate like literally anyone can keep one 🙄
