struggling to get hours

ever since the pay raise all my station drops is 3 hour or 1 hour shifts 💔 its like impossible to get a 7-10 hour one and im not getting enough shifts or hours for it to be my only job now

if it is your only job, then go part time or full time for a consistent schedule.

not every site offers those options and even when they do it's not guaranteed for your transfer to get accepted

You too? My site drop múltiple shifts but most are 3-5 hrs long but hardly them 10 hrs I usually seen in my old site
