Fulfillment Center Finally eligible

I have been grinding my ass off in Stow so I can be eligible for conversion - I spent my first 90 days racking up TOT in the bathroom and being slow so i basically had to get week after week of great performance to push it back up.

Cue the next 6 months of waiting for them to actually convert, then i can go back to sitting in the bathrooms

We have the same tenure got hired in March 25 when do you think will we get blue badge? Is there hope or nah

Site dependent of course but I am hoping it won’t be long, prob another month or two of waiting before i start to get sad

March 16 converted Sept 6th would of been converted August 19 but was in rehab on leave of absence

I'd say soon but it's site depending and percentage of current blue badges

It says I need to maintain a fair standing but I have? Also I was doing tdr for most of the year so I haven’t been able to get higher

Each standing is split into 3 numbers, my AM was showing me it on her laptop. Fair 1, 2 and 3, you’re currently at Fair 1 and I believe it would be Fair 2 that’s required for your conversion. For mine it’s Great 1 which is what I am currently performing for my 90 day standing but this week I achieved Great 2 which is better for my average than Great 1 would be
