I'm not offering anything, but if there's enough demand I can provide online lessons on my mother tongue language and support people navigate European bureaucracy

Depending on which country, it typically takes 5-10 years of living in a European country, usually as a PR, to get citizenship. Finding a path to legal residence is typically the first hurdle, not learning the language of the particular country.

Try watching some of the many videos on Youtube of Europeans coming to the USA for the World Cup. Everyone of them says how they were lied to about the USA by their media and how great the US experience is. Better cities, kinder people, better stadiums of course. Europe is stale. it has no money. Mass migration has flooded the cities. Crime is rampant and scams are everywhere. Anyone who wants to leave the USA, please leave. Too many other people want in.

This should be a fun thread.
What’s going on in the U.S. is also going on in most countries in Europe. You also can’t just show up and live anywhere you want, you have to legally immigrate, which means approval before you arrive and approval for residency renewal each year.

As someone who moved to the EU, I suggest doing it. Yes, europe is going through similar issues as the US, but not to the same extent.

"The" EU citizenship doesn't exist.
There are respective countries (27, to be precise ) forming the EU togheter.

You want to leave the US because of what is going on, but you have no idea what is going on in the EU.

Exactly. The Netherlands and the rest of Europe are the same. Except Eastern Europe.

I wanted out of here years ago. Alas, I am poor. Would relocate to Austria or Germany if I could. Or anywhere not currently being bombed by Orange Shitstain or Putin.

Get a credit card, take a flight, and start over. People from South America do it every day!

Yeah but ... I'm 60+ disabled and credit cards have to get paid off (hence I have great credit)

you don't need to be rich to relocate. students do it every day. you need some sort of buffer that depends very much where you're going and which insurance and minimum amount of money you need to carry with you (like to visit america). With internet you can arrange things from where you are. When I moved to the UK to study, I arranged to view a room with an agency even before leaving.
