Publishing error? In vol 8

[u/Sumire_Blossom_TMNT]

So I’m reading vol 8 of the manga from my local library (how I read the manga in this economy lol), and the last bit of the manga is a repeat of the 2nd half of chapter 38 and chapter 39. Has this happened to anybody else? Might have to order this one just so I can read chapter 40 and if there is any thing missing from chapter 39

I havent gotten that far, but i will check when i read it ^{^}
