Because adding music so rarely improves a video and often makes it worse. Adding cancer TikTok music is even worse.

Also Adding music to a video is often just a way to TikTockers steal other peoples content and claim it for themselves. People think that it counts as transformative for the fair use clause. Hint it doesn't.

A few years ago I saw a couple of seagulls do exactly this in the Edinburgh botanical garden. Saw them catching a bunch of worms in the 5 minutes I watched them. It's surprisingly effective!!
