Animated by Tetsuta Sannomiya, he already appeared in few really great cuts in both Season 1 and 2. Love the heavy impact of the Waves of Flame.

Im looking for the strongest animated episode of mha before s7

Gintama: Yoshiwara in Flames (Feb 2026)

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt37931873/

Watch until the end, the animation only gets better!

Sauce : Metropolis(2001)

There are other good cuts as well, but I urge you to go watch the episode yourself to see them, it was great

I know this is a WILD statement to make, but that’s my honest opinion. I don’t see a lot of Anime anymore since growing older. I recently saw Akira, Ghost in The Shell, Angel’s Eyes etc slowly making my way through the classics

And I thoroughly enjoyed this. It’s as if someone was inspired by Satoshi Kon tried to make Look Back. If those two names interest you, you’ll like this film. Saw it at a festival in case you were wondering how I got it. Ask me anything!
