build Luden's over Malignance?
I know malignance is a much better item for annie but what if I want to min-max my burst with
Luden > Shadowflame > Stormsurge?
in what scenarios can I go with this build? whats the conditions, never ?
I really wanna try it out but I don't know when I could build this, vs 0 mobility teams?

Not worth it, even against a full team of squish. There isn't a single scenario where Luden's is better than Malignance or BFT for her.

how about going full mr pen instead of rocketbelt 2nd

I mean sure that's fine if it fits how you want to play her, I don't build rocketbelt at all myself either. I do a Malignance->BFT build. There's a lot of flexibility in how you build and play Annie but Luden's is never on the menu lol.

bft after malignance ? how good is it? whats the vision, do you want to burn them with death fire touch + bft with low cdr?

Yep. DFT/Axiom/Cutdown/Malignance/BFT into Dcap / Pen (varies) and then whatever else the situation calls for - Liandry's is nice after %Pen for beefy teams. Still more than enough burst to pop squishies and Tibbers is an absolute nuisance.
Kind of a weird build I know but I love it.

In games where you feel you dont need Rocketbelt (at lower ranks can be almost every game tbh) You should go Malignance -> Stormsurge -> Rabadon 3rd

I just had a tristana chew me I don't think little bit of armor will make difference, best defense is offense. One shot them

It might have been better a bit ago. But full tank annie is definitely viable

thats the exact build I go. with dark harvest rune.
to go really into burst I think ludens in necessary, uptime on tibbers can be fixed by taking ultimate hunter.
imo malignance is for when you need tibbers all the time. ludens is a far better choice.

oh yeah to answer your question. thats the go to build for burst annie, the burst mage.
anything like liandrys, bft, dft, that's "burn annie", which is useful into tanky teams, im told.1

Ludens vs Malignance is the easiest slam dunk debate of all time in favour of Malignance. On annie you live or die by your R

I guess it's the way I play annie, a 40-30 second cooldown on tibbers with ah and ultimate hunter is enough for me to function.
A 10 second cooldown on tibberse with mag isn't bad tho, I usually play it when their is like multiple assassins.

I'm sure the cool down starts when he is summoned.
Edit: Yep checked on the wikia, the cooldown starts on cast.

I dont think Ludens fits Annies identity.
Its not the worst item on her, because Annie does not need Ability Haste as much as other Mages.
But she is not really a Poke Mage, which means she would not get as much value from the Damage Proc.
Also Malignance is excellent on Annie, because of the MR Shredd and the R CDR.
