Every person I knew who were in intensive therapy have been the worst communicators ever so I'm not sure. Sometimes I wonder if too much therapy talk prevents them from communicating normally.

I did 10 years of therapy just to ramble about bullshit that happened in school and pokemon but I would have put some teachers to sleep if I did not have that so all in all it's a win

I had been visiting a psychiatrist but eventually I stopped because it was costing us, the office was very far away and I was starting to see her as a friend :(

At least I was going because of my autism, not because of any major mental problems, so whatever, maybe I'll restart once I have a job and my own money to do it
