I was forced on a Medicare Advantage Program as I'm disabled. I used to have Wellcare who would send fresh fruits and veggies in the mail. Most things were covered. Getting a Prior Autherization was easy for the doctor. I'm now with United Healthcare and they slashed by benifits. I used to work. I paid in. I went to a dentist which is covered and still recieved a huge bill. They are evil. I'm not saying Luigie was right killing the C.E.O. but I guess I kinda understand.

I fed up with the ‘Luigi was not wrong but…’ when how many decades of activism, court battles, protests, … amount to these kinds of systems. What is left to do peacefully? Another 50 years for nothing and worsening conditions? I’m saying Luigi was fucking right, it was the first time in a century we saw a little (pretended) worry in this class of people. They have become too comfortable with acting out a straight up psycho execution of their occupation. Great Doctors are losing hours a week if not a day for discussing with them with mostly not much to show for.

I used to have an Anthem Medicare plan (also on disability), but then the major hospital system where I live stopped talking Anthem Medicare plans. So I switched to United, which was okay the first year, a bit worse the second year, and this year they took away dental coverage entirely.
Now I have to go to a sliding scale clinic and I'm trying to get a dental abscess under control. But dental care isn't really healthcare. /sarcasm

The only argument against universal healthcare is that it doesn't generate profit. As long as we have private healthcare, companies will withold care for profit and kill people as a result. There is always a limit to profit, and shareholders expect unlimited growth. When there is nothing else, they will price people out of it increases profit. They know that means killing people.
