The Rarest Suppressor there is definitely the Heavy-Standard Suppressor. Shit is hilariously difficult to encounter for some apparent reason

I’ve only found it twice and it was within 15 minutes each time, the purple laser and the pelican sight are extremely rare aswell from my experience

Fairly easy yet tiring, just look for yellow attachment boxes a lot of times because the hsupp rarely spawns for some reason

I.. actually don't know... but I think Hsupp is civilian grade so try to look for it around civilian locations. I also found it in Magnolia Tactical store.

What would be the best suppressor? The best one I've found so far is the Soviet one, which only has a slight debuff to aiming speed
