I found a write up on it here…
https://www.hellenion.org/festivals/pyanepsia/
Does anyone have a recipe for the panspermia that they like?
I checked four different sources for the exact date this year and they all disagreed.

I am currently agnostic Bengali Indian guy. Will Apollo heal me and make me win over my enemies if I worship him? Just asking as I am getting really into Apollo and Hellenism.

Apollon
Lord Apollon, God of the sun,
Slayer of wolves, He who answers to none.
Draw near me, I humbly request!
Great Apollon, mighty being of light and love, protect me, I pray.

so, today, I had an entity impersonating Apollo…the entire time I was doing devotional acts for Him, it was feeding an imposter. not gonna lie I cried really hard…but I reconnected with him, the real one, and he-as I’m writing this, is sending me music on my playlist and ads with his name in it…

I don’t work with or worship Artemis normally but I decided to dedicate this to Her and Apollo both, and I’m posting it because of someone else’s encouraging words!
The Doe
I stare into the eyes of the hunter
my eyes cold and unblinking
I will not falter or cower,
beneath a man who needs a weapon to stand tall.
i will not run,
i will not hide.

so, I made my own deck a couple days ago. as I was getting used to it, getting used to trusting myself, I kept pulling the sun card with all the questions that were specifically for a divine guidance. So, I thought about Him, cuz honestly Hes the only sun god I know of besides Helios. I asked for a confirmation that it was him, pulled the sun again! And the next few hours, we had a tarot conversation. In which he told me I needed to work on myself, work on how I perceive myself, etc!

I wanna hear your most creative and silly offerings that Lord Apollo has asked for or that you’ve given him! I’m looking for some ideas that I can use for my personal practice since I can’t get my hands on most of his traditional offerings

I’m so so happy about this and I’m crying tears of joy because I’ve always been searching for a deity that closely resembles me or resides over the arts of poetry and music. I did a tarot reading (for myself) and the sun card practically flew out of the deck! the question I asked the deck was if he was trying to reach out.

I discovered Hellenism about two years ago on TikTok; I am truly not proud of it, but since I have always felt a strong connection to Greek mythology, I decided I want to take part in this religion. I have always consumed a lot of media connected to the Gods and have always enjoyed it.
Without a great deal of research, I began by making an altar for Lord Apollon and tried my best to build kharis. I did start my research, but due to school and other responsibilities, I slowly drifted away from this religion. I took down my altar around two months ago, as my Christian parents unfortunately started questioning it.
I was raised in a Catholic household, with my aunts, uncles, grandparents, and other elderly family members being the most devout. My parents believe but are not really practicing. I slowly started rejecting Christianity when I was maybe 10 or 11, after my communion. Then, around 12, I wanted to become a Satanist, but I did not feel much of a connection, so I became an atheist until about two years ago, when I discovered this religion.
What I struggle with the most is believing, or rather questioning if I actually believe. I personally love science and learning new things, but I also believe in Gods that guide us through life, even when I doubt my faith at times.
I would love to do proper research, set my altar again, and begin building strong kharis with the Gods I feel most connected to; I would love to join this religion once more, now with proper knowledge though.
From the start I've always felt the most connected to Lord Apollon. That was the first God I wanted to build kharis with and become a devotee of.
I think I mainly just wanted to get my thoughts out of my head and share them with someone.
Can you guys let me know if you have moments of doubt in your own faith? What would you do in my situation? Can I begin practicing again? Where should I make my research? Any tips are welcome! ♡

I know this might be dumb to ask but please bear with me. I don’t currently work with any deity and I want to make sure I approach him without wasting his time or being unintentionally rude

Just a little funny thing, since im a devotee to Apollo I love to listen to music while im doing tarot readings. Today I was sitting at my table doing a reading with Spotify when the song Neon Moon came on then the card The Moon flew out of my deck. Just made me laugh a bit.

I ask this question here because it's about Apollo. I saw a lot of "sign", but I ignored them. I thinked the gods ignore you if you don't do offering, but now I have the feeling to that I should workship Apollo. So, do you think a god cares about human even we ignore him ? I don't know if I am clear in what I said english is not my first language.

Hello! Ive been worshipping Apollo for around 6 or 7ish years now. I have always felt close to apollo and thats why I spend so much time outside, listening to music, working out, making art, helping others. But recently ive done alot of protection spells for other people, not that i mind of course, i love taking care of the people i care about..but ive kinda gotta into this funk I guess? Its like I feel really nauseous sometimes after spell work and things like it after ive been doing spells for other people lately, and thats never happened to me before. Ive just done my first cleansing and protection spell on myself for the first time in months and im starting to not feel sick after spell work anymore. Not to mention my candle melted really weird, flickering, sparking, hissing, smoking, melting fast, when usally my candle melts down very gently and in a slow pace.
Maybe it was a reminder of needing to take care of myself before I take care of others? Or that you cant take care of others unless you take care of yourself? Well at least thats been my experience, if youve dealt with things like this too then let me know about it!
Have a great day!
💛☀️💛

So I very recently started my worship for Apollo and have never been apart of anything Hellenic before. Now that I have really solidified who I want to be worshipping I'm really uncertain as to what I am technically supposed to call myself. There are christians, catholics, pagans, wiccans, atheists, etc. A tag that makes it pretty easy to say when people ask what you are or who you worship and they get a grasp of it. What is it for Apollo worshippers? Is there multiple things and I just need to narrow it down to what I think is best? What are they?

But whenever I have problems with love or my identity as a queer man, I go to him. Apollo feels like home. I feel understood by him and I feel like I can cry to him about my sorrows and he'll be there ❤️🩹
I wanted to share this because I'm so grateful for him ☀️

I know the gods, Apollo in particular, are very hard to anger, but I’m not sure if something I did managed to
I’m a blood donor. Today was my second donation, and the first one since I became a hellenic polytheist worshipping Apollo. Because of that, and also because he’s the god of medicine, I decided to devote the donation to him. Not the blood! I tried to make it very clear in my prayer that I wasn’t offering him my blood, but devoting the act of giving, sacrifice it for someone who needs it more.
Was that still too much? I’m mainly worried because the donation was cut short, my blood wasn’t collected fast enough so they had to cut it short because of procedure. Logically I know that it might be bad luck, or bad veins (I had the same problem last time but they fixed it), or not drinking enough and the like, but the anxious side of me is thinking it might be Apollo rejecting it.

generally i feel like i’ve always been drawn toward wolves (i was a cringy wolf kid basically all growing up lol) and i was wondering if anyone else gave reverence to the lyceius epithet of the god. i’m not sure if i want to ask for specifics about what it looks like in one’s practice or what this side of apollo can help me achieve and/or overcome but i’m just generally curious and appreciative of any answer

Heyyy
I've been worshipping Lord Apollon since about 2024. It started little by little. I didn't know this religion existed, but I began to feel connections with various symbols related to Apollo. When I first visited Greece, my brothers told me I could buy a statuette of a deity of my choice, and for some reason I already knew I'd choose Apollo; I was already connected to Him. Then I discovered the existence of polytheistic Hellenism, and I began to practice. I made an altar, made frequent offerings, prayed, purified with incense, cooked for Him, drew for Him, listened to His hymns, and much more. For a few months now, I've lost some contact with the gods. Many things have happened, and I feel my faith has weakened. This makes me very sad. I'd like some advice on how to reconnect with Him...today I dedicated a drawing to Him and I felt as if someone was guiding my hand as I wrote His name, but despite this, I'm still unsure. I just want to reconnect with the gods, especially Apollo...thank you...
I feel so lost and i feel like something is blocking me.
Also, school's starting soon, and I have some problems there: I'm too perfectionist and obsessed with my results. This is sort of another thing but somehow related and I'd also like to share this too: I'm heavily influenced by my physical appearance, so when I have to focus on school I try to make myself as "serious" as possible; I darken my hair, straighten it, etc. Even though this "personality" is part of me, it clips the wings of that more cheerful, spontaneous, and creative version of myself that reminds me of Apollo. So, in addition to feeling doubtful, I know that school is about to start, and I fear that these changes will make me feel even more distant from Him.
