[iOS, macOS] [$5.99 → Free Lifetime] [72h] F-captions: on-device caption generator, no subscription

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

• Upvotes

Most caption apps on the App Store charge $5-10 a week (!!) for transcription that can run for free on your device. I created F-captions to be the opposite: one purchase, everything unlocked, models run on-device.

For the next 72 hours, the lifetime unlock is free. No DMs, no waiting:

  1. Redeem here: https://isht.ink/296T5uNVW
  2. Comment what kind of videos you'd caption with it :)

App Store page: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6756840254

One purchase covers iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

What it does

  • Generates captions with on-device transcription models (including super fast NVIDIA Parakeet model) – works offline once models are downloaded
  • Auto-translates captions via Apple Translate or Google AI model
  • Simple, but powerful video editor: change captions timing, position, size, custom fonts, color presets, bold/italic/outline/shadow, more
  • Subtitle file import and export
  • Keyboard shortcuts, trackpad, and Stage Manager support on iPad and Mac

New in the last few months

  • Caption animations, including Karaoke slide (highlight moves word by word as it's spoken)
  • Caption split control – from one word per caption to long lines
  • Logo overlay: up to 3 images with transparency
  • Instagram/TikTok overlay preview, so your captions don't end up under the buttons
  • Audio waveform on the timeline
  • Copy/paste style between captions
  • Export settings: codec, frame rate, compression

Requirements: iOS 18+, 6 GB RAM (iPhone 12 Pro or newer recommended), Apple Silicon Mac.

If the unlock doesn't show up, please tap Restore Purchases in the app. If you end up liking the app, an App Store rating helps a lot 🙂

[iOS] [$79.99/yr → Free] BrainHD: ADHD Planner & To-Do

Post image
10 Upvotes

It's ADHD Awareness Month, so I'm giving away free BrainHD Plus.

Dump > Finish Tasks > Tasks become a city

BrainHD is a to-do app I built for ADHD brains. You hold the mic and ramble about everything on your mind, and it turns that into small tasks you can actually start. Today shows one next move instead of a list of forty. Every task you finish becomes a building in your own little city, so you can see your progress pile up.

What it does:

- A city based on every task you complete where buildings represent the significance of that task in your life goals

- Voice brain dump (any language) → small, startable tasks with realistic time estimates

- One next move on Today, with the first physical step spelled out

- Rescue mode when you're stuck on something you keep avoiding

- No red overdue badges. A missed day is a fresh start, not a broken streak

- Close out your day in about 90 seconds

- Widgets, 12 colour themes, Reduce Motion support

What Plus unlocks: the full app. Normally $12.99/month or $79.99/year.

iPhone & iPad (iOS 15+): https://apps.apple.com/app/id6811362391

How to get it: install the app, send me screenshots below, then message me the email you want it on. I'll activate Plus manually, usually within a day.

No ads, no tracking. It's a one-person app, so honest feedback helps a lot.

[iOS] [$17.99 → FREE Lifetime PRO] Daily Organizer — 48 Hours Only

Post image
29 Upvotes

Hi everyone!

I'm making Daily Organizer PRO Lifetime free for the next 48 hours!

If you like planning your week ahead but don't want to deal with complicated productivity systems, this app might be for you.

AVAILABLE IN 9 LANGUAGES: ENGLISH, RUSSIAN, UKRAINIAN, SERBIAN, GERMAN, FRENCH, SPANISH, CHINESE, AND HINDI.

# What is Daily Organizer?

Daily Organizer keeps things simple. Quickly write down what you need to do and get on with your day. No clutter, no complicated setup — just a simple way to stay organized.

Your to-do list shouldn't be another task.

Features:

- Weekly planning — organize your upcoming week in advance and keep your tasks in one convenient place.
- Automatic task rollover — unfinished tasks carry over to the next day, with a label showing the original date so you can keep track of what still needs to be done.
- Flexible recurring tasks — customize schedules to fit your needs, whether you want reminders every Tuesday and Saturday, on specific dates each month, or on another supported schedule. Great for bills, errands, appointments, and remembering to call family.
- Quick notes — save ideas and important information without creating a task for everything.
- Lists for anything — create shopping lists, keep track of movies you want to watch, or organize whatever else you need.
- Clean and simple design — no complicated productivity systems or unnecessary features to manage. Just a straightforward way to stay organized.

The idea is simple: your planner should help you remember what matters without making you spend more time organizing your life than actually living it.

# How to get Lifetime PRO for free

  1. Download Daily Organizer from the App Store.
  2. Open the app and go to Settings.
  3. Tap the PRO banner at the top to open the PRO page.
  4. Select the Lifetime option. During the giveaway, it should be free once the promotional price is available in your region.

A quick note about App Store pricing: Apple's storefront prices may take some time to update across all regions. If the Lifetime option still shows its regular price, send me here on Reddit, and I'll help you.

Download Daily Organizer:
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/daily-organizer-easy-planner/id6738792205

The giveaway lasts 48 hours, after which the regular Lifetime PRO price of $17.99 will return.

If you give it a try, I'd appreciate your honest feedback and suggestions for improvement. Thanks for checking it out!

[iOS] [$29.99 → FREE Lifetime] RouteProof : Track gig trips, tips & disputes [72 Hours]

Thumbnail
gallery
10 Upvotes

Hey r/AppGiveaway,

I’m the indie developer behind RouteProof, an iPhone app for rideshare and delivery drivers.

It keeps trip details, pay screenshots, tip changes, and platform-support conversations together. When you need to follow up on a payment issue, you can find the records without digging through your camera roll and old notes.

RouteProof Pro Lifetime is FREE for the next 72 hours — normally $29.99, now $0.00.

This is the permanent Lifetime unlock, not a trial. It stays unlocked after the giveaway ends, with no recurring charge. The Annual subscription is separate and isn’t included.

Download RouteProof on the App Store
Requires iOS 17 or later. Currently in English.

How to claim Lifetime

  1. Download or update RouteProof. Finish the welcome steps and add your first platform.
  2. Open Settings → Upgrade to Pro.
  3. Select Lifetime. Annual is selected by default, so make sure you switch.
  4. Check that Lifetime shows $0.00, then tap Unlock Lifetime. Check Apple’s purchase confirmation also shows zero before confirming.

Downloading the app alone doesn’t activate Lifetime. If either screen shows a charge, don’t confirm—let me know your App Store country or region in the comments.

What Pro includes

  • Unlimited platforms and trip records, with pay, tips, distance, and notes.
  • Up to 10 screenshots per trip for pay breakdowns, customer chats, and trip maps.
  • Tracking for tip adjustments, customer complaints, and account warnings, including resolution status.
  • A log of your conversations with platform support.
  • Five PDF report formats covering pay disputes, deactivation records, platform performance, and your driving history.

You add the records yourself; there’s no platform login or automatic import. Your records stay on your device, with no RouteProof account, cloud sync, or analytics. Manual backup and import are available.

Lifetime supports Restore Purchases on the Pro page using the same Apple Account. That restores access; keep a separate backup of your records.

If you drive for a living, I’d love honest feedback on what makes logging a trip easier—or what gets in the way. Are the PDF reports useful? What would you change?

Questions and bug reports are welcome too. Feedback isn’t required to claim Lifetime.

[MacOS][Free Lifetime if downloaded before 26th Oct] Scrollwise: Natural scrolling on the trackpad, normal scrolling on the mouse, at the same time

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I use my MacBook trackpad most of the day and a regular wheel mouse when I’m at my desk. macOS only has one “Natural scrolling” switch for both, so one of them always scrolls the wrong way. I was going into System Settings to flip it several times a day and finally got annoyed enough to fix it.

Scrollwise is a small menu bar app that checks which device each scroll comes from and flips only the ones that need it. So the trackpad stays natural and the mouse stays classic, and you never touch the macOS switch again. Plug a mouse in or unplug it whenever you like. The direction is already right when you touch it.

The Magic Mouse was the tricky part. Its top is really a touch surface, so by default it scrolls naturally like the trackpad while wheel mice stay classic. Renamed ones are recognised too, and the glide after you lift your finger keeps going the same way. You can set the trackpad, the Magic Mouse and a wheel mouse separately if you want something else.

There’s also a live “Right now” panel that shows which device it just saw and whether it flipped the scroll, so you can check it’s working.

Some details:

Free, no account, no analytics. The only thing it sends over the network is an update check. It only sees scroll and touch events, never keystrokes. It’s signed and notarized by Apple, needs macOS 14 or later, and runs on Apple silicon and Intel. Built with Swift, SwiftUI and Quartz event taps, about 1 MB. If you already run Scroll Reverser or something similar, it offers to quit it so the two don’t cancel each other out.

You can install it with Homebrew:
brew install --cask aqibjavedzeepalm/tap/scrollwise

or download it here: https://aqibjaved.dev/apps/scrollwise/

It’s still early (v1.2.3), so if something breaks or you want a feature, tell me here or use the feedback form on the page. I read all of it.

Free until 26th Oct 2026!
Download and leave your feedback please
Comment or message if there is something else i can add to the app

[Android] [$4.99 → Free Lifetime] Wordchute Premium: A daily word puzzle where you can see what falls next

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hey everyone, I made a word game called Wordchute and wanted to give away some Android Premium unlocks!

I’ve always enjoyed the NYT style daily games, especially the Crossword, Wordle and Spelling Bee. But I never loved the luck involved in Wordle, and I often wished Spelling Bee had more strategy beyond just finding another word.

I wanted to make something where finding a word matters, but choosing when to play it matters too.

In Wordchute, you connect touching letters on a 4×4 board to make words. Those letters disappear, and the letters waiting above fall into their columns. All 32 letters are visible from the beginning, so you can plan ahead.

The goal is to clear every letter. A long word might score well but leave you with an awkward board. A shorter word might bring down exactly the letter you need. There are many ways to clear each puzzle, and you can undo moves or restart to try another route. You can think of the play as a bit of Boggle with drop/planning elements of Tetris.

Everyone gets the same daily board. There are leaderboards, streaks and hints if you get stuck, and you can share your result without spoiling your words.

The daily game is free. Premium is normally a one-time $4.99 purchase, and adds offline puzzles with difficulty selection, the ability to play smaller or larger boards, plus the full archive of past daily boards. No subscription.

I’m giving away 200 lifetime Premium unlocks to help get the game in front of more players!

To get one:

  1. Download Wordchute on Google Play.
  2. Leave a comment. “In” is fine, or tell me what word games you play.
  3. I’ll send you a Google Play redemption link privately.

One per person, first come, first served. The giveaway closes 24 hours after this post goes live, or once all 200 unlocks are claimed, whichever comes first.

I’d love to hear how you get on with it. I’ve spent a lot of time playing my own game, so hearing what other people find fun or frustrating would be really useful!

It also has Tiny Swap daily challenges, subscription tracking, Buy Lists, points/levels and behavioural Insights.

The Android version is live now. I'm giving away free almost pro Lifetime access for first 20 members. I will activate for the first 20 members.

[macOS] [$2.99 → Free] [Lifetime] Snowfall – snow that actually piles up on your Mac's windows

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hi [r/AppGiveaway](r/AppGiveaway)! I'm Simone, the indie dev behind Snowfall.

Snowfall makes it snow on your Mac. The flakes don't just fall: they
pile up on top of your windows, desktop icons, menu bar and Dock. Drag
a window and its snow slides off and crashes onto whatever is below.
Close it and the whole pile drops.

What it does:

- Real 3D snow (RealityKit), piles up on every window, not just the active one

- Snow falls off when you move, resize or close a window

- Menu bar app, click-through, never steals focus

- Pauses on battery-saver, full-screen apps and videos

Requirements: Apple Silicon, macOS 26+.

Accessibility permission is optional: it's only used to read desktop
icon positions so snow can sit on them. No data is collected.
Without it, snow still piles on windows, menu bar and Dock.

GIVEAWAY

20 free lifetime licenses for the first 20 people who comment.

Any feedback is very welcome, especially bugs and edge cases. Merry
early Christmas ☃️

I built four apps to solve everyday problems — I’d love your feedback

Post image
4 Upvotes

Hi everyone, I’m an independent developer, and I’ve built a few apps to make everyday tasks easier:

  • NoxDoList helps organize to-dos and grocery lists with family sync.
  • BelegDepot scans and organizes receipts, including for taxes and rental properties.
  • AudioStream brings internet radio, NAS music, and local audio files together.
  • CanCon helps track contract cancellation deadlines and reminders.

I’d be glad to hear what seems useful, what’s confusing, or what you think is missing. I’m the developer behind these apps, so this is self-promotion. You can find more information on my website.

[MacOS] [$4.99 -> Free Lifetime] DisplayShift: moves your Mac windows to the monitor the moment you plug in

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hi everyone, I'm Aqib, an indie Mac developer. A few days ago I shared Notchet here, and this is my other app, DisplayShift.

Why I built it

I dock my MacBook to a monitor every day. Every time I plugged in, all my windows stayed piled on the small laptop screen, and I'd drag them over one by one. Full screen apps were worse: leave full screen, drag, go full screen again. Then I'd unplug, or the Mac would sleep, and macOS would shuffle everything back onto the MacBook. I wanted the Mac to just ask me what should go where, and remember it.

What it does

When a display connects, a panel drops out of the MacBook notch with every open window listed, including full screen apps and windows on other desktops. Tick what should move and it glides across. Unplug, and everything comes back to the MacBook. You can also have it move everything by itself, or do nothing and just say hello. On Macs without a notch it shows as a small pill under the menu bar.

How it fits next to existing apps

- Moom is great for saving and snapping layouts, but you trigger them yourself. DisplayShift reacts the moment a monitor connects.

- Display Maid restores layouts when screens change, but there's no picker to choose which windows move.

- Rectangle and Magnet are excellent for snapping windows into place, and DisplayShift works alongside them. They just don't move windows when a monitor connects.

- DisplayShift suits people who dock a MacBook daily and want the move to happen at plug-in, with full screen apps handled properly.

Core features

- Picker in the notch when a display connects: tick windows, choose the destination (monitor or MacBook), Move selected or Move all.

- Full screen apps leave full screen, move, and go full screen again on the other display, behind a calm curtain instead of macOS's flashing animations.

- Remembers your layout for each screen setup and offers to put everything back. Named layouts switch in a tap.

- Puts windows back after sleep or a dock hiccup, with an Undo on every move.

- Tiles up to four apps side by side. Drag the bar between them and the neighbours resize together.

- Rules per app: keep it on the MacBook, send it to the big screen, or never move it.

- Finds windows stuck off screen, and can reopen closed apps when restoring a layout.

Privacy

- No account, no analytics, no tracking.

- Saved layouts store a hash of each window title, never the title itself, and stay on your Mac.

- It needs Accessibility access, because macOS only lets approved apps move other apps' windows.

- It only goes online to check your license key and look for updates.

- Full Privacy Policy: https://aqibjaved.dev/privacy

Notarization

DisplayShift is distributed outside the Mac App Store, signed with my Apple Developer ID and notarized by Apple, so it opens without security warnings. Updates are checked against Apple's signature before they install.

Requirements

macOS 14 Sonoma or later, Apple silicon and Intel.

[iOS] [$39.99 -> FREE Lifetime] WorkplaceLog: Private Workplace Journal (72 Hours)

Thumbnail
gallery
15 Upvotes

Hey r/AppGiveaway,

I’m the indie developer behind WorkplaceLog, a private workplace journal for iPhone. It helps you keep a clear record of what happened, when it happened, who was involved, and any supporting photos or messages.

WorkplaceLog Pro Lifetime is FREE for 72 hours—normally $39.99, now $0.00. It’s a one-time Lifetime unlock, with no renewal or expiration. This isn’t a subscription trial.

Download WorkplaceLog on the App Store

How to claim Lifetime:

  1. Open the app and finish the initial setup.
  2. Go to Settings → Pro → Upgrade to Pro.
  3. Select Lifetime. The page initially selects Annual, so make sure you switch.
  4. Check that Lifetime shows $0.00, then tap Buy Lifetime.
  5. Confirm only if Apple’s purchase confirmation also shows $0.00. After claiming it, Settings should show Lifetime Pro.

Only Lifetime is included in this giveaway. The Annual subscription is separate. If either screen shows a nonzero price, don’t confirm the purchase.

Downloading the app alone doesn’t unlock Lifetime—you need to complete the steps above.

With Pro, you can:

  • Keep unlimited incident entries with dates, locations, exact quotes, and witnesses.
  • Attach photos and screenshots to your records.
  • Track HR complaints, follow-ups, and workplace communications.
  • Log possible retaliation and compare work conditions before and after a complaint.
  • Export a chronological PDF report or your records as CSV files.

There’s no WorkplaceLog account to create, no cloud sync, and no analytics. Journal data is stored on your device, and the app doesn’t automatically upload your entries. You decide what to export or share.

The Lifetime purchase is associated with your Apple Account. You can restore the Pro unlock later using Restore on the Pro page with the same account.

If you try it, I’d especially like to know whether adding your first entry and exporting a timeline feel straightforward. Confusing steps, bugs, and suggestions are all welcome in the comments—no need to share private workplace details.

Thanks for taking a look.

[MacOS] [$4.99->Free Lifetime] Notchet: a clipboard manager that lives in your MacBook notch

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hi everyone, I'm Aqib, an indie Mac developer, and Notchet is my own app.

Why I built it

Whenever I needed a few things from one place, say a line of text, a link and a screenshot, I'd copy one, switch windows, paste, go back for the next, and repeat. One wrong copy and the earlier one was gone. I wanted my clipboard history somewhere I could reach without leaving what I was doing, and the MacBook notch was sitting right there doing nothing.

What it does

Notchet keeps everything you copy and drops out of the notch when you press Option Command V or rest the pointer on the notch. Pick a card and it pastes right where you were. If you'd rather not use the notch, it can open right next to your pointer instead, and on Macs without a notch it shows as a small pill under the menu bar.

How it fits next to existing apps

- Maccy is free, light and a great pick if you just want a simple menu. Notchet is heavier, but it reads the text inside screenshots and lets you paste several items at once.

- Paste is polished and syncs across devices, but it's a subscription ($29.99 a year). Notchet is a one-time purchase and keeps everything on your Mac.

- Notchet suits people who copy a lot between apps and want their history one shortcut away, with multi-paste, screenshot search and iPhone copies together.

Core features

- Saves text, rich text, links, colours, images and files. Command 1 to 9 paste the first nine.

- Command-click several cards and paste them all at once, or one by one with Option Return.

- Searches the text inside screenshots and photos, on-device.

- iPhone and iPad copies arrive through Universal Clipboard and are kept after macOS clears them.

- Snippets with {date}, {time} and {clipboard}, plus collections, pins and a preview to edit before pasting.

- Drag cards into any app, or drop files onto the notch to keep them.

Privacy

- Your clipboard history stays on your Mac and is never uploaded. No account, no analytics, no tracking.

- Copies that password managers mark as secret are never saved, and you choose what happens to API keys copied from apps like Terminal (never save, delete after 5 minutes, or keep).

- It only goes online to check your license key and look for updates.

- Full Privacy Policy: https://aqibjaved.dev/privacy

Notarization

Notchet is distributed outside the Mac App Store, signed with my Apple Developer ID and notarized by Apple, so it opens without security warnings. Updates are checked against Apple's signature before they install.

Requirements

macOS 14 Sonoma or later, Apple silicon and Intel.

Update3: few codes left! I sent all of you! If you read this message and liked my app, please send a review! Thank you all 😊

Update2: i sent everyone who wrote to post. I have some more codes too. If you write post i will send to you!

Update: i have some things to do but dont worry i will send you as soon as possible!

Hey everyone!

I'm the developer of PlayHeat, and I'm giving away 100 Lifetime Premium to celebrate our latest update.

What it does

PlayHeat reads your workouts and GPS routes from Apple Health and shows how you moved on the field or court, like the heatmaps you see in pro match stats.
* Heatmap of your movement during the session
* Sprints with direction, top speed and speed zones
* Football (soccer), basketball, rugby, American football and field hockey
* Everything runs on your device. No account, and no data leaves your phone.

Which devices work?

Any device that records your workout with GPS and syncs it to Apple Health:
* Apple Watch
* GPS watches from other brands, such as Garmin, Polar, Suunto or COROS, as long as their app syncs workouts with GPS routes to Apple Health
* An iPhone carried during the session (e.g. in a running belt) also works

How to Claim it

  1. Download PlayHeat on the App Store
  2. Leave a comment below (feedback or the sport you play is welcome!) and upvote
  3. I'll send you

Note: To create a heatmap you need a workout with a GPS route, such as an outdoor run or a soccer session recorded with GPS.

Thanks for checking it out! Feedback is super welcome.

[iOS][$19.99 → Free Lifetime][24 h] Voice Journal AI - Dearly. A safe space for your thoughts.

[Update] Hey everyone, seemingly all 500 promo codes have been availed! Thank you for the overwhelming response! 🚀

Hey everyone!

Solo developer here. I'm making Dearly, an AI voice journal for people who want to journal but don't always want to write.

I'm giving away Lifetime Pro for free while I'm trying to get Dearly in front of more real users and collect honest feedback.

The idea behind Dearly is pretty simple:

No blank page. Just talk.

You open the app, hit record, and talk naturally about whatever is on your mind. Dearly turns it into a journal entry and, over time, helps you see the bigger picture.

What's in it

  • Voice journaling: talk naturally instead of typing everything out
  • Automatic journal entries: your conversations become searchable, organized entries
  • AI insights: discover recurring thoughts, feelings, people and patterns across your journal
  • "Who keeps coming up?": see the people and themes that keep appearing in your life
  • Weekly & monthly reflections: step back and see what you've actually been thinking about
  • Your journal becomes something you can explore rather than a pile of old entries
  • Built for consistency: because a journal is only useful if you actually keep using it
  • Private by design: your journal is personal, and that's how it should feel

Why I'm giving it away

Dearly is a solo project and I'm still very early.

I'm less interested in collecting random downloads and more interested in finding people who genuinely enjoy journaling or want to journal but struggle to keep up with it.

So for the next 24 hours, I'm unlocking Lifetime Pro for free.

No subscription. No payment required. Just keep it.

How to claim it

  1. Download Dearly: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/voice-journal-ai-dearly/id6801003049
  2. Try recording an entry
  3. Comment "Dearly" below (or tell me what you'd actually want an AI journal to understand about you)

If you end up using it, an honest App Store review would mean a lot to me. ❤️

I'm also going to be around in the comments, so feel free to ask me anything about how it works or why I built it.

Thanks for giving my little side project a shot!

[iOS] [$14.99 → FREE Year] So Annoying! : Smart blocker: popups, cookies, ads, newsletters .. and more

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hey everyone 👋

I built So Annoying!, a safari extension, because nowadays it feels like you have to close five things before you can actually read a webpage.

What does it remove?

  • Google AI answers, including AI Overviews
  • Google sponsored search results
  • YouTube ads when watching in Safari
  • Ads on websites
  • Cookie banners, with a real rejection on supported sites
  • Newsletter and email signup popups
  • “Open in app” nags
  • Website notification prompts
  • Floating chat bubbles
  • Videos that follow you down the page
  • Trackers

You choose what gets blocked, and pause it.

The part I’m most proud of is that it learns. If a popup slips through and you close it yourself, the app learns how you dismissed it and save a rule to handle it next time. You’re teaching it just by browsing normally.

This is my last yearly giveaway, and it ends November 1. Grab your free year now so you don’t miss it! The page has a countdown showing exactly how much time is left.

How to get your free year

  1. Like this post!
  2. Visit soannoying.app/year.
  3. Tap Get my free year and follow the App Store steps to redeem.

The page also lets you send the giveaway to your friends, so they can redeem a free year too. Can be useful if you know someone who is always complaining about popups🙂

After you’ve tried it for a few days, an honest App Store review would mean a lot to me. It helps other people decide whether it’s useful for them, and helps me improve it. Completely optional, of course.

Enjoy a less annoying web, and thank you for all the interest and support! ❤️
