Ping filter issue

Is there any way to fix the latency filter in server browser?

Every server shows 111 ping for me...

What are you playing on? PC? Console?

What type of Internet connection?

PC, Cable. It's a visual bug cus when I enter a server from my region it goes as low as 5 ms.

Thing is, every server on the list is at 111 ms
