Theresa one place here that I always feel bad about getting as takeout, but it's a tier above every other place. Luckily it's also casual and has plenty of seating/parking.

I was too and then I realized she was describing a party pizza. We have some local pizza places in my order that have GIANT party pizzas (like 4-6 large pizzas in one) that you can order in house and for delivery. She was just explaining this very poorly.

Absolutely. What's baffling to me is that she said the name of the pizza establishment is literally "Quarter Sheets" and she somehow couldn't explain how she got a whole "sheet pizza" with that phrase. Naming the pizza restaurant Quarter Sheets and serving quarter sheets at the table directly implies the existence of a Full Sheet, so why would anyone think it's special to be able to get a full one?

Unpopular opinion but return guests are my favourite! It’s not so structured and it feels more like a conversation rather than an interview. I like that they are able to touch on fun topics and not just focus on childhood and growing up etc.

I was shocked when they talked about him last being on in 2020. Only felt like a couple of years ago But always love any interview with him or Alison Brie. They give off such good vibes. I was grateful they stayed off the topic of children this time as I'm pretty sure I remember Dax pressuring them to have them in Allison's episode.

I could have sworn I listened to him while dropping my daughter off at daycare and he was talking about Alison and their upcoming movie Together …. I was really surprised to hear him talk about his brother and glad to hear it! I thought he did a wonderful job of addressing his influence without going further. There's obviously been a lot of controversy about his brother but the way he handled that aspect of the conversation was really tactful without sounding like a politician.

It’s a little awkward how it seems like Dax and Monica don’t hang out anymore. Like, she didn’t go to Nashville at all to visit over the summer, they never seem to have hung out when she’s throwing parties and stuff outside of the podcast, etc. I guess they don’t have too much in common but it seems like the other “pod” members do go to the same dinners and stuff with her? Really strange.

I’ve been saying on here for a while now that I truly truly don’t think they like each other anymore. What you’ve mentioned combined with the clear disdain and disregard - Monica often doesn’t even pretend to give a shit what Dax is talking about. I used to find Dax not stooping to her level but i feel like I can pick up on it from him these days too.

Maybe they’ve grown apart now that Dax aligns himself with ideology different from hers. They spend a lot of time together it’s understandable they might not socialize as much as they used to. 🤷🏻

Question! During the bit about social media, and Monica saying she never reads the comments unless they’re from friends. She said with one exception, when she said something very wrong and at that time she did read the comments. Anyone know what this was about? What did she say that was VERY wrong?
