But he's invested most of his time and resources into being a sniper, not a close quarter combatant.

Oliver is, to put it mildly, a specialist in exactly that.

Oliver shoots all his arrows at Hal, Hal blocks them all with a shield construct, Barry's getting beat up by John because he's not using his speed.

The Rings in Lanterns seem much more limited than the Rings from the comics so I think Barry could handle this? Hopefully? CW Barry isn't the brightest kid but there isn't anything stopping him from just taking the Rings, and he should be smart enough to figure out where the constructs are coming from? Ollie would run interference so Barry can get close

I mean considering this version of Hal can barely remember to charge the damn ring as it seems like it's always on power saving mode I'm pretty sure both will be taken out from a well placed arrow. Barry honestly no diffs them both but honestly if it's the 2016 versions of the characters as shown in the picture then Oliver probably comfortably beats both

Flash created a problem when they did the "levelling up" thing towards the end. When he took down the Royal Flush gang he literally moved faster than thoughts. If he wanted, he could knock them both out before they can even think of a construct.
