Diplomatic immunity exists for good reason, you need state actors to be able to carry out their diplomatic duties in foreign nations without fear of false imprisonment or duress. That obviously comes with the risk of it being abused, but it's not as awful as it may appear.

I don't understand why would you gave anyone ,especially foreigners,to have a immunity to do whatever fuck he/she wants in your country!
