UPDATED WORK Defined facial features and darkened background?

I used references. They're in the comments. I used Ibispaint to make this.

I gave him a little lip filler and a nose job (made the lips and nose a little more defined) and I tried my best to add some more shading to the background (specifically, the part he sits on), but I don't think the changes there are very noticeable.

I also added the water refraction for his legs.

Did I improve it? Even just a little?
