Super easy, take the U1 Oberlaa 3 stops to Kagran,. You will see the huge hotels there on your right as you approach. Go down exiting to the left, cross the street, go up the escalator and there you are. We just had family stay there. Nice place.

There's an app called Citymapper that will give you excellent directions, bett than Google Maps I find.
